JOOJOO your calculation is correct. I must admit I was hoping for more info within the prospectus.

It does give ICON more headroom to issue more shares after consolidation because the current price was getting close to the minimum allowed.

As I previously stated I do believe they want to consolidate the shares to dilute again at some point. The reason what ICON have said making the stock more attractive sounds BS. People buy in based on fundamentals usually and not because someone can own millions of micro price shares. Unless the prospectus is published shortly after the consolidation then imo it means only one thing!

Just divide your current amount of shares by 10,000

So 4,000,000 becomes 400

3,000,234 becomes 300 (rounded down from 300.0234 so losing 234 of your old shares with is pennies)

If you hold less than 10,000 shares you will lose them but we are talking pennies lol

Seems odd that a trade from March would all of a sudden show up now as well regardless of the trade price being incorrect

I think the issue we have now is trying to entice buyers after such a big rise. Not an easy thing. Until there is some further positive news the SP will fluctuate but hopefully will not drift lower and lower.

If the prospectus isn’t published (which it won’t) before the consolidation hits the market then how can ICON be more attractive to potential investors. Doesn’t make sense other than to start diluting at the earliest opportunity imo. ICON have had nearly 7 months to take the business forward. Up to now we are no closer than we were before suspension. Communication from the BOD with progress has been abysmal. I am just ranting of course. Maybe Brad will pull this off but looking from the outside it just smells of further dilution.

ICON will dilute again after the share consolidation. It’s the only reason they are doing it IMO.

With HL only showing prices to 2 decimal places I have now doubled my investment haha. Not in reality though !
