10.56 - None of us know if they have found something larger and therefore I think you could also tame your opinions. For all we know they have found something that worships at the 'high' independent estimate in which case the 50% would be more like 650-700m....we just don't know. Notwithstanding just, you'll only ever get a small percentage of the gross oil price while its still in the ground.

10.37 - my money is on a rise following on from Thursday PM. If there is no news then its means no bad news either and those in the states that want in will have the chance...only difference is the OTC brokers won't have any liquidity handed to then, in turn, by ASX and AIM. I thin k this could get to 8-9 cents just ion that rationale. Obvious when news hits, probably AUS Tuesday morning (UK late Monday night) then that will drive the direction. If news is good then less seller in AUS and UK and the price moves on...if not great news then those market will adjust down and the OTC will just look like as spike.

I fear for the human race if this is the best that the younger generation can come up with...

20.31 - If its not impossible then its possible! I just struggle when people make decent points/comments/information and then spoil it by throwing in something that is very unlikely to be true therefore credibility is lost. Make a good point and don't try to heal your insecurities in the process...

18.43 - I think they'll see no news as no news and will still be buying pre-news on Monday US time...without ASX or AIM open the US brokers will have to take open positions so my thoughts are the US price could well be significantly higher than the already high close from Thursday....

12.56 - this doesn’t surprise me although it’s pleasant viewing. I’ve said for a while that ASX and AIM brokers/market makers are pricing to get shares which the simply run into the states through the OTC network to satisfy demand....I think this maybe the rationale for the large after hours buys.
And for the avoidance of doubt...I’m not saying that’s wrong or unsustainable, in fact anything negative. It’s pure economics. These levels will provide sellers of the long termers in aus and the Uk which provide the liquidity for the new investors in the states. Long term holders get their money back and profit, new investors get their entry level with the expectation of gains going forward. It’s a win win and good luck to all.
Monday will be interesting as the Thursday afternoon rise in the us (as normal) closed well above the uk and aus...they will have to trade alone on Monday so expect that rise to be amplified and reflected in aus and uk trading Monday...this is all before any news is factored in (which could be positive or not)...
