18.09 - Agree...I mean look where we are and look at the outperformance we have managed with funding and FOs despite challenging results. Thats a true sign of an incredibly savvy CEO. Hopefully we hit here, hopefully we FO Charlie-2 and that realises its true potential and hopefully a major sees us as a jewel of prosperity...he's taken a failed north African focused shell company, recapitalised it, refocussed it and we could well be on the cusp of transcendence.

Hard to tell whats going to happen when the US opens...its possible it could dampen the UK gains...but if it ads additional constraint to share supply and with the size of that animal / sentiment its incredibly exciting what could happen on the upside.

10.41...could be but I thought N14 was always hypothesised for this drilling therefore wouldn't it fall under the statement that they hit all their main targets...therefore this new sand may well be new sand. No, it's precluded from a regulatory perspective to use client 'Funds' held on account 'nominee' as they are classified as a custodian. On the basis if the stock were loaned there's a credit risk that the shares could potentially not be returned but the courterparty and that stock is not HL's (or any other broker/custodian's) 'property' to employ. And certainly it would be unacceptable from a regulatory perspective for HL to be able to make a return on capital on effectively the stocks owner's capital.
This should hopefully be clear and rationale for anyone that maybe uncertain.
Which I'm sure everyone can understand the reasonability of the regulation around this.
