What I will sy is my broker has offered me 'choice' dummy sell and dummy buy at the same price to 3 decimal places of a pence (1,000th of a pence)....That is very very odd. Suggest they are managing their positions into the close and todays market has been purely intermediary driven, tut tut you horrible little men.

I'm surprised with the price now the US is open, although volume looks good. Got it wrong and happy to say so. Be interesting to see if the US rallies after the UK closes. When the UK is open and especially if the UK MMs have anticipated well then they can hold and trade at the lower prices. only another hour to see if the US recovers/gains after that. The UK MMs I'm sure will be doing whats best for themselves....

14.10 - OTC means it's a bilateral contract between you and your broker. This is where it can gets hazy...I'm assuming its asset backed in that the broker must hold the physical shares in a nominee account against your name rather than a contract for difference where the broker and the individual have credit risk. I haven't read to this level and would probably only get the answer if I spoke to a US agent as to the mechanics.

Your advice are your own thoughts and you're welcome to them. I personally only take advice from experts, nothing here suggests thats the case.

Best thing people can do is not sell anything when the US open...once they're through any positions, they may get a hiding to move the price significantly. I can see US volumes beating them round the head... >500m maybe. If I were them I'd shift the price higher now in the hope of grabbing some sellers

10.47 - Apart from the transparent newbies on here I'd suggest you's be better off speaking to the Reddit guys. Fortunately I've learnt one thing in life and that is that you only learn off your own mistakes...there is no upside to helping others with their decisions. get it wrong (ie they manage exposure and the results are good) they'll blame you for missed return, get it right (and they don't manage their exposure) and they may just think you're a smart ar3e...

10.26 - well as of the 19th October you'd brought your average down to below 1p, right...presumably you've derisked that to free carry in this appreciative period given you risked warning so if this goes down I can't see you'll have the ability to express dismay over a loss...am I right?
