With HL...this is standard that the drop it, gather a book and then it steps up, or gradual climb and they make a killing...annoying as I actually want to buy in my SIPP

Always going to be people looking to reduce their risk before results...especially LTHs who:
a. Are heavily in profit
b. Don't want the risk of the results given history .
It's their money, their choice.

16.48 - If anyone was planning to sell share in a share account to transfer the cash to a refreshed ISA limit for the 6th April...They would have had to have done that today. T+2 settlement with Good Friday and Easter Monday....
Makes no difference if AUS or US open. If you're based in the UK and the UK is closed Friday and Monday, they are classified as non trading days (just like Saturday and Sunday)

11.54 - I also agree that fundamentals need to be combined with Keynesian economics. 88E has been undervalued against fundamentals especially against the July independent resource estimate for Charlie-1 for 12 months therefore a degree of this re rate is actually recovering the systemic undervaluation for previous recent history. And I have been beating this drum for a good 6 months or so as LTHs are aware.
