Whatever if you have the NMR results and the other data from the first wireline you can make an independant discovery judgement call. Prudence says you don't make that call but don't tout thats its not possible when it is.

14.22 - the TR1s are released regularly as Farallon sell shares and reduce their position...but clearly their position mis still very large so whilst smaller, its still well above the threshold and therefore PANR have to issue these large interest notices.
For the avoidance of doubt, PANR would be a lot better off without Farallon's position as the price could free float.

Farallon (capital company) effectively bought the debt from Great Bear for the non- receipt of tax credits against their extensive 3d seismic activity (which effectively bankrupted Great Bear). I believe the debt was converted to equity when Pantheon bought GBP. Farallon effectively now have a very large share holding (c.120m shares).
Clearly given the delays in tax credit repayment as we are well aware, Farallon have clearly made the decision to reduce their risk by selling whatever they can into the market at or above a target price (suggest thats around £0.40).
You guessed it, thats why Pantheon share price is depressed and range bound.
Their upcoming news if positive could relinquish (partially or fully) this shackle and of course positive Kaparuk test would serve us well too.

Be interesting to see what the US do today...more selling after 2.4bn shares yesterday?...I don't think so...I think they may have a decent demand. Fact is with such a massive intervention by them over the past 3 weeks...whilst there will always be the short termers, there will be a good proportion that will take events and remain in (average down) rather than clip a loss. Due to their size, I think they can still provide a lot of support.
