I mean withdrawal of investors, not assets!

Is this SP suffering from the withdrawal of assets from Woodford's portfolio?

Could be a good entry point or time to top up for some. Didn't think it would fall so low..........

A small step in the right direction but it appears the sinking ship is being stabilised. A long way to go and I�m sure we�ll see more ups and downs but the medium term looks brighter. GLA

Didn't expect too much price movement today, likely more will happen when the well is spud. Don't see any huge SP increases this year, more of a gradual climb on the back of progress (Assuming it's positive)

HH I’m of a similar view to you on your analysis of PFG and also hold a number of Woodford’s other failures (by coincidence). I do think this is worth a punt at this level though, although there’s still a lot of mess to sort out

Bought in at just under �7 this morning. Was thinking of seeing how it went today, as was wondering if there would be any drop off after the stability yesterday but don't really have time to monitor it that closely, have my day job to do! As ever, time will tell whether it's a good entry point but as I look at investments over a 2-5 year period, I'm comfortable with the return I'd expect over this period. ATB

I think you need to do some more research into the market and the competitors strength out there. ATB

All the other companies are too small in size to be able to and most are in distress themselves due to the changing nature of the market and the increased regulations. A lot aren't even making profit. A number have already gone to the wall and others will consolidate but expecting a Wonga like company to pick up PFG is the most ludicrous thing I've heard

I can't see any retail bank picking this up - the whole reason PFG exists in the market is because retail banks don't want to get into this sort of 'risky' lending and that's even more the case since the credit crunch

Even if they did a raise, which i think they will, then it won't drop to �4. The company and share is in freefall at the moment - a shorter's/trader's paradise. I've said before it is a rudderless ship at the moment, with no CEO and little strategy - it is effectively firefighting on a daily basis. I've seen it all before. But any comparison to Carillion is ridiculous - they are fundamentally very different businesses. I do believe this will rally to be double this SP in 18-24 months. I will be looking to buy in the coming days/weeks

Yeah I generally hold my shares for a 2-5 period. I like to buy underperforming shares (or ones the market has taken an overly negative view on) or promising embryonic companies. Will take a careful view on this in the days to come. GLA

Holding on fella, till I get additional capital on Thursday, although I must admit it's very tempting taking the plunge at these prices. As I said though, good things come to those who wait :)

It's phenomenal. It's gone from being my worst performing share to my best performing in such a short space of time. And to think I nearly cut my losses and got rid of this! I always thought the diversification was a good idea but never thought the commodity sector would rebound so rapidly. It's really riding a crest of a wave atm

You'd think there'd be news on a new CEO imminently. The company looks a bit rudderless without one, even if it is only from the outside looking in. I know many have predicted the correction in the past year and it keeps on giving and the world economy is robust supporting it. However, the thing that makes it more likely in my opinion now, is that the oil market is ballooning too, and this is based on false fundamentals (speculation). Usually when that corrects, stock markets do the same. I will more than likely invest at some stage, at this point still holding back. I have additional capital coming in next Thursday so will then be watching even closer for a potential entry point

Belting update. Wish I'd topped up when it was down at just over a �1 a share not long ago. �5 here we come
