Interesting to read that Wonga is on the verge of collapse. I thought others might fall by the wayside first but this is a big fish. I wonder if this will help PFG's share surge on Tuesday, with the potential loss of competition or whether this is a grey cloud hanging over the sector in general

I'm convinced shorts are driving this down, much like some of Woodford's other investments such as AVCT, where I'm also invested in. Another 10% drop today. This is extraordinary value. I'm in here increasingly heavy but I have so much faith here that when I next free up more capital, i'll add here to bring my average down. Scarcity of water is an increasingly grave issue - just look at the Cape where they're sending these machines recently. They're definitely going for first mover advantage but with the benefit of licensing, they should reduce cash burn over the medium term

It's clearly not great news to see the price as it is following the announcement. I thought they'd have enough funds to see it through for a while but clearly the developments require additional income. The only positive I can see is the buy in from the directors (although why wouldn't they at this level) and the incentivisation for staff. I'm a bit deflated at the level they're raising at tbh, especially considering where the SP has been

Hi gimmesunshine, if I’m honest, other long term investors on here are probably better placed for views on some of the board as they’ve met them. I do know that Alastair is very highly thought of. I’ve been invested here for quite a few years and you’re right on your concerns with bios but as trader4pay says, they should be ok for at least another year at least. I still believe in the potential of this company, particularly at these levels.

My personal view is that this share has been shorted/sold as a consequence of the market losing favour/faith in Woodford following some bad investments such as Capita and Provident Financial. By coincidence I’m invested in a couple of others that he’s heavily involved in and the same thing has happened. XSG has dropped off even more and the potential is probably even greater there, whilst IPO has also struggled. These shares have been oversold/shorted in my opinion because of Woodfords involvement, not due to any fundamentals. And I’ve been using the opportunity to average down.

It’s very difficult to judge the true value of this share but I do think it’s at £1+ and will recover over time. IMO GLA

For the long term holders such as myself, this is just the start of what we'd been hoping for. I hope there's more to come. I'm glad i topped up last month to bring my average down from 82 to 57p. Still looks high compared with today but this share should really hit £1+ if it starts to fulfil its potential

Fair enough MAM, even with international arbitration, I can’t see any ruling awarding for loss of profits, as there’s too many variables involved in determining that. For example, the site may never have been developed, reserves unknown, POO could collapse etc etc. I’m just going by my experience of these cases. Do you have any similar examples whereby loss of profits has been awarded?

Realistically we should be looking to be compensated for the purchase of the Ombrina Mare assets. Italian law may take a different view but under UK law it’s generally very difficult to claim for loss of potential profits/revenues due to the huge amount of variables involved. I’ll be watching with interest

This has to be one of the most oversold shares out there. I already have lots invested but at an average of 160p currently. At these prices, it seems a no brainer to just top up and average down, particularly with news like todays

I was that impressed with the RNS and outlook (although sceptical on that part), that I ended up topping up at 11.22 to bring my average down to 13p. I still think it's cheap at that.

Yes, they're better than I expected. I'm surprised the SP hasn't responded more - I expected at least a 10% rise based on that. Interesting comments (and somewhat surprising) were: "The volatile economic conditions in Zambia over the previous two years, including sharp depreciation of the Kwacha against the US Dollar and relatively high inflation, presented challenges for the business. I am pleased to say that this period of uncertainty appears to be behind us. We are entering a period of relative stability in the economy, supported by tight fiscal and monetary control by Zambia's Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Zambia." Is it really behind us? Topped up at 112 earlier today. Brought my average down to 165 which I still think is a pretty decent level. I'm surprised it's fallen so much. Yes there'll be a further rights issue but I'd expect it north of this price and the prospects are fantastic still

I have so far. I will be getting capital from FENR anyday now, as its been approved so will then be putting in more here

So I'm firmly of the opinion that this is still one of my most exciting shares, with phenomenal potential. My average is over �2 though. I have some spare capital coming from FENR soon, so the question is, do I top up/average down at these levels which look highly attractive, or hold off as there is talk of a share placement to raise capital? Can it go much lower?

that ARG is up 30+% but PMO and RKH are showing a slight retrace. ARG is definitely a more risky pump and dump share. I have been tempted to have a dabble but keeping my powder dry for now

I suppose the question is, how low will the SP go? You'd expect the SP to rise on any announced partnerships, but I can't remember the last time the SP did rise sharply here

Big Timber is a seasoned oil professional and operating in the US - he knows about all this technical stuff and importantly all the local players.........................LOL I've heard it all now. Funniest thing i've heard in ages. Despite the rampers best efforts, this is still showing about as much life as the remediation plant in Mexico. You've gotta admire their efforts, keeping flogging this dead horse :)

What are peoples thoughts? I must admit to losing a bit of faith in this one, i'm not negative on the prospects, but no longer feeling so bullish. Partly i suppose due to the lack of news but I should know better as the timescales are always long in pharma. I suppose the drop in the SP also doesn't help, although i do think a large part of that is due to shorting of Woodford's stock. IPO has recovered recently though, so perhaps the corner is being turned? I will have capital free shortly from FENR sale to Michelin. I am unsure as yet whether to put more in here and average down
