Yes I was here in those days. I bought in at 65p and sold a load at £3. Naively I put money back in here and did on the way down. It's free carry for me, but didn't look a great decision with Bonomo falling by the wayside. My average is 30p here, I'd pretty much written off getting a return on it but there is renewed hope!

When judging and reviewing the current SP, people would do well to look into the background as to why we find ourselves at this level. Look at the SP over the 3 year period. The SP got decimated due to the fall out from Woodford. It then deteriorated further on the concern about finances and John looking at taking the company private. We're only now seeing it re-rate to a more reasonable level. However, we should not be looking at the current SP vs what it was 3 months ago...........we should be looking at the bigger picture for context.

It's not directly related, but it's worth looking at another of Woodford's small caps, which suffered similarly from his fall out - ETX. Look at the SP over the 5 year period and how it has since rebounded over the past year. Completely different sectors so we can't judge performance, but I merely post so people can look at how depressed the SPs were of these former Woodford companies. There is direct relevance to that, and other former Woodford companies.

8p been paid. I'm not sure it will hold over 8p today but the positive momentum is all good

Interesting comments from former UK Vaccine chief:

N4P could provide a key part to this

Agreed Elsol, I was surprised by the size of the drop in recent days, but did expect a drop after the trading update which was underwhelming in nature (that doesn't necessarily mean results/developments are underwhelming). I expect it to find a base at 6p and push on back to 8p in the short-medium term. If the forthcoming results are good and more revealing, then I expect the 10-12p to be reached, which I judge fair value IMO

Interesting comment on national branding..............does it really hurt the business outside Zambia? I'd be interested to know from people on the ground. It would be easy to change the brand for retail purposes in other markets. They also have the tie up with Shoprite so I don't see it being a significant hindrance.

Palm oil is certainly an interesting opportunity
