Forecasts. As commercial traction accelerates, we forecast the group will achieve EBITDA
breakeven in FY23. While the recent update reporting an interruption to production due to water
damage at the factory was disappointing, the effects will be largely covered by insurance and do
not affect the group’s commercial traction.

- Valuation. We consider that the current share price considerably undervalues the group’s
medium-term potential. To unlock this value the group will need to demonstrate further
commercial progress with additional production contracts. The growth potential and profit
upside are huge, and this has yet to be recognised in the valuation. We initiate coverage with a

material commercial milestones that will act as catalysts to the shares.

To me, the only risk here is how easy it could be for manufacturers to develop their own filters. We've seen Beko come out with their own, and I think that has weighed on the SP somewhat, combined with the lack of recent updates here. That said, the quality of the filter also matters, and I believe France and EU will put in quite stringent standards, which will favour Xeros. At now a £27m MCAP, I feel the potential far outweighs the risk here. And that's before we look at the Xorbs and Xdrum part of the business

I originally bought at £2.48 on the way down from the £5, thinking it would be a good recovery play lol. I'd been buoyed by a successful investment in BLVN, which i bought at 65p and sold at £3. Stupidly, I re-invested most of it back in there over the years.

Anyway, I have averaged down RKH plenty over the years, but am reluctant to throw anymore in. Average of 22p for 65k shares. I live in hope

The fact the SP is moving so sharply on not significant volume does indicate that they are short. It is looking like a bit of a coiled spring right now

GlenFidrich - that mirrors my thoughts. I'm also out. Feel fortunate to get to sell at 0.38 and only lose £3k. This and Simec have been painful ones for me this year. And what do they have in common? They're both Scottish companies...........lesson learned. Merry Christmas everyone

Doesn't take much to move this SP, with the amount of sticky shares. Up over 30% on little volume. Whilst it was an unwanted event, it did allow me to average down my ST trade (which sits separate to my LT position). I am now back at break even for the trade. Fully expect this to double from here by February if results are good. What may cast a shadow is the increase in costs, and how much they have been able to pass on. Michael, judging by your posting history, I don't think stock picking is your forte. Can I suggest you'd be better off investing your money in less volatile sectors such as bonds? ATB

Not been on here for a while, but I bought in on the drop to the late 130s. Thought I'd got the bottom but it's drifted further. However, interesting about the grant of options announced last month, with triggers being 170p and 220p. That's reassurance if ever you need. Might top up further if it stays down this level

That’s positive, and SP rising again today

Grappa - news is overdue but I don't think the rise is due to any leak - there haven't been many trades. I just think it's oversold and a few buys soon sees this momentum shift given the MCAP is so low.
