This is confusing. Is he arguing that BOO, because of their UK focus on production, have higher costs? If those £4/hr costs were to more than double to the minimum wage, suppliers would have to charge BOO more for products, which in turn would eat into BOO's bottom line.
The reasoning in the article is muddled.
