Impossible to know with any confidence. In the coming weeks to months, a lot lower seems far more likely than a lot higher: the principal asset is in a country that, awfully, looks set to be substantively destroyed. The cause of the destruction - the 'war' - means things like cashflows and asset values are rendered meaningless. When, or if, they become meaningful again - and if they do, how deeply impaired they'll be - is indeterminable.
Investment in such a thing is a misnomer. Purchases can be no more than a gamble because the visibility needed for the calculus of risk and uncertainty has, in all practicality, disappeared. It could re-emerge in weeks, months, or never.
