If you look up Mike Buck in the dictionary - it defines as incompetent… !

Hate to say it, and I never thought this would be the case - but the SP is edging ever closer to the 2p ….

Still not having all the appropriate agreements and permits in place - and this has been noted by many commentators on here - beggars belief. Beginning to look like a total shambles (again)..

I’m not sure how MB can be supported on here by anyone as a good CEO.

It was interesting to note just a number of weeks back, that a commentator on this board said he would not be surprised to see the PM share hit 2p - even with the so called positive news feed via the RNS.

At the time, I personally thought no chance of going down to 2p…

… now though, I’ll be honest - I’m getting nervous.

Will I sell - No, of course not since too far below my average.

However, do I then consider jumping with a loss - or a massive loss..!

I was so convinced after the last RNS, we were all on our way to hitting some good numbers (and profit).

Frustratingly I have my doubts now .. 🤬

MB, if you are reading these boards (and I’m sure you are), please can you provide an update. There are a significant volume of investors here wanting to know what the frigging ‘ell is happening with PM currently.

No doubt I will get shot down as usual for having an opinion - but having held these shares now for 5 plus years - this has become a joke of a share holding.

You would think with all the positive news coming out, especially in recent months, that this SP would be flying.

My average is 4.6.

The sooner I get into a small degree of profit, sadly, I think the time has come to move on.

As many commentators on here have prior stated, this does now appear to be very much a lifestyle company, but primarily only for MB and his mates..!

This SP should quite simply be going up now, not down.

The trouble we have is that Mike Buck and his team do not know how to send a completely positive RNS - without chucking in the usual incendiary comment - in this case new news that another permit is required.!!

It simply freaks out the market and investors - and then drives the SP down.

Maybe Mike Buck and his team need to work with a marketing/PR team that can provide and produce an RNS in future with no “bombs” thrown in…and possibly send positive updates to all investors on a regular basis.

Having held these shares probably a lot longer than a majority on here - and definitely longer than you - I want these shares to obviously go up, so why would it be an obvious de-ramp…!!!!

Asher, grow up, get a life - and try to understand this is a share chat board where if someone has an opinion or concern - then they can raise it here.

As per the usual, poor comms (lack off) from Mike Buck / Petro Matad.

Share price continues to fall - despite some of the continued hysterical ramping.

If MB/Petro Matad had the decency to provide an update to its shareholders / investors - bearing in mind we are now at mid point August - it might help calm nerves.

Something tells me there are large sell offs due to some potential inside knowledge - and not positive news - and hence some of the heavy hitter investors, are carrying out a regular day by day volume sell off.

Knowing how poor PM have been for comms in the 5 years I have held these shares - I have a feeling we will all still be clutching at straws guessing as ever when the RNS will be provided.

July was meant to be the key month.

Mike had better have some tricks up his sleeves to get that RNS out before end of July trading…..!!

Not a bi**h fest - but being a LTH like many on here - it’s annoying, frustrating and galling when “newbies” to this board start to spout the same BS about RNS’s etc - that we have been hearing for many years.

Something tells me though that you are not a newbie, but have changed your name - so as to continue the ongoing ramping.

For sanity, stopping guessing and preaching about RNS releases, and how the SP is/was going to rocket (of course since last RNS it has dropped and not rocketed).

Simply provide detailed information that is facts based. You’d be appreciated much more for it.

As ever you do not know when the RNS will be released.

I mentioned in my previous post, that by you keep saying the RNS is coming - it’s bound to eventually. There is always a tomorrow..!!!

The trouble is - you are simply and consistently guessing - with no sound evidence.

As such, give it rest with regards your mystic Meg meandering.

PM are s**t when it comes to communication. Always have been. Always will be.

As noticed by many today - the obvious question is how can the share price drop after such a positive RNS - unless the share prices are being manipulated.

That means of course the MM’s ( the professional traders) are manipulating the share prices here on AIM.

So, who regulates and governs AIM…?

The Alternative Investment Market (AIM) is a sub-segment of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The LSE governs and regulates the AIM - but that simply means the LSE are marking their own homework.

Hence the private investors (PI’s) are being taken on a vicious ride to force shares to be sold.

Therefore if PI’s don’t sell, with the usual supply and demands - the share price will have to rise sooner rather than later.

Stay strong everyone. Don’t let the MM’s buy our shares on the cheap..!

On a similar par, my EuroMillions lottery jackpot win is also imminent…!!!

It really is very simple. Neither you nor all the other rampers have a clue when the RNS is going to be released.

Fellow LTH’s have read this BS about PM and imminent positive RNS’s for many years now.

Then newbies like you and others come along - and predictably state the usual drivel - namely RNS is imminent.

So, simply, stop putting messages on this board about the RNS - since you just don’t know.

shocking - which is why the red herrings about upcoming RNS’s can NEVER be believed.

The sooner MB is removed as the CEO - with a true professional replacement brought in - the sooner Petro Matad will move forward.

There is always a tomorrow. Still means no RNS yet… (surprise surprise).

Typically PM (and MB) PR and communication is shockingly poor.

Before I get shot down by the same old rampers - I have raised my concerns about Mike Buck over a number of years.

The man is simply out of his depth.

He is not of CEO quality. As mentioned by many, whenever he speaks - the share price falls.

By now you would have thought the large corporate investors - would have been trying to get Mr Buck to stand down.

The only thing I can think of, is that MB has photographs of the major investors in compromising positions…!!!!!!

Here I was hoping against all hope that the live presentation would be the beginning of the SP rise.

Obviously the live presentation was not seen as being as positive as we have all hoped for.

As Master previously alluded to, nice fluffy words, but that is all it is so far.

Nothing will happen to this SP until we see real action from PM and its contractors.

No need to keep ramping this until we see stuff actually coming out of the ground…!!

Totally agree with the comments made by Master.

If there is no positive news in the presentation - and another poor fob off from Mike Buck - then he simply needs to resign, or be removed.

He has had far too long, wasted too much money and continually frustrated long term holders.

I, like the majority on here - am desperate to see the return on our investment in Petro Matad.

If Mike Buck fobs everyone off with another poor update, then as above - he then needs to go with immediate effect.

As a LTH, my utter frustration continues with Petro Matad and Mike Buck.

After stating enough capital was in the company at previous RNS’s - and surprise surprise here comes another dilution.

This is happening on an almost annual basis.

It’s all very well getting excited to buy in the 2’s - but this is a continuous cycle.

I don’t actually see PM ever making real money.

This is basically a slush fund now for Mike Buck and his mates - whilst they enjoy themselves overseas…!!!!!

With regards the previous comments raised by fellow LTH’s - the continued pattern (in a majority of cases), is that the share price nearly always drops back on a Friday.

The obvious reason for this happening, in my humble opinion, is down to the MM’s buying on the Monday when price is low, they sell towards the back end of the week - which triggers the SP reduction on the Friday.

Then they buy again in volume the following Monday..

It’s a continuous vicious circle, which Master has quite rightly called out on numerous occasions - and is pure market manipulation by the MM’s.

If amateurs like us can see this happening, then surely others can also.
