Now that it is getting on for circa 4 plus months since the drilling was sent for Assay testing - even if the testing labs are busy - this does feel excessively long.

Let’s be clear:

• ❌ Labs do not take 4 plus months unless samples are being reworked

• ❌ Results are not legally allowed to be “sat on” indefinitely

• ❌ This is not normal operational delay

Something non-routine is going on.

Either positively or negatively - there is something brewing.

Let’s hope it is positive news. 🤞

With the share price - even after the unusual timing of the consolidation - still falling like a stone, what does this mean in the current climate. (Or that is what I have asked myself)..

The share-consolidation was a supposed structural move — but it doesn’t compensate for the lack of concrete, proven value. Until Wishbone delivers results that materially de-risk the project, the market seems to be pricing in a “wait-and-see / high downside” scenario.

I’ve said this before after their last shocking RNS. Again, lessons have not been learnt.

Wishbone Gold - to the BoD. Knowing that you read this board - I politely implore you, to take some coaching lessons (get some professional marketing consultants in) - to teach you how to send out RNS’s that are in context and with some degree of positivity.

That way, you may not continue to kill the share price and hence the value of the company.

I 100% agree with your comments.

It has now totally blatant that Wishbone Gold BoD - are peddling false narratives - simply so that they can continue to fleece investors of their hard earned cash.

Why build (or apply for) new roads - if the company still does not have the assay results..!?!?!

I call BS on that point.

As many investors have stated - this has been planned by the BoD (e.g. consolidation), to enable another cunning ruse to get more money out of the investors.

What’s the betting that between now and February - there will be another fund raising exercise.

Wishbone are playing a dangerous game here with their investors.

The BoD should be totally ashamed of themselves…

FYI - just spoken to the traders desk at Hargreaves Lansdown - who have advised Wishbone Gold have still NOT provided key documents to the trading platforms / so no sells or buys can go ahead.

They also advised it was unusual for the key documents to not yet have been provided.

Getting to the stage that this is beginning to show a potentially somewhat worrying pattern about how Wishbone Gold operates.

Hargreaves Lansdown is also saying restricted.

Stating Key Information Document has not been made available to HL.

Looks like the WSBN broker team, or WSBN - have not updated the trading platforms with the formal legal documents. 🤬

I have pasted the tail end of a post that I put on here on Nov 27th.

I appreciate it is early in the day for trading purposes - but my comments from last week (see as follows) still stands (for now)..:

AIM history: consolidations nearly always hurt shareholders..!!

Examples (not WSBN-specific):

• UKOG – consolidated, then price fell heavily

• 88E – consolidated multiple times, long-term value destroyed

• Nu-Oil – consolidated, then raised money, then price collapsed

Share consolidations on struggling small caps are extremely rarely followed by sustained price rises.

So why does WSBN say they’re doing it?

The official reasoning:

• “Tidier share structure”

• “More attractive share price”

• “Supports long-term development”

The unofficial likely reality:

They want to raise money.

And they can’t do it at 0.79p because the discount would push the price toward zero.

A consolidation to 79p makes a placing at, say, 40p possible on paper — even though that is equivalent to 0.40p in today’s terms.

Does it benefit existing holders?

Whilst you “may” make some valid points - the pure volume of your continuous contributions - is completely weakening your statement - and to be honest, completely boring the pants of nearly all sane investors on this chat board.

We know you read these chat boards.

Everyone knew a consolidation was coming - at the 100 to 1.

That means there is a leak.

You quite obviously treat this share and hence the long suffering shareholders - quite simply as a lifestyle cash cow.

Each and every one of the board should be ashamed.

If any of you had any dignity - you would all resign with immediate effect.

Additionally - as we are all investors with Wishbone - when it comes to the assay results (or waiting for the results) - the questions we should be asking Wishbone (or Wishbone should be telling us is)…..

Given that ALS is the lab….

1. Which ALS Lab / Location

• Which ALS facility are they using (country / lab name)?Since different ALS labs may have different workloads.

2. Assay Methods

• What exact assay method are they using (fire assay, ICP, photon assay, screen metallic, etc.)?

• Are any over-limit re-assays anticipated?

3. Expected Turnaround (from Wishbone)

• When they submitted the samples, what TAT did they expect (based on their “service order”)?

• Can they provide a breakdown (prep time, analysis time, QA time)?

4. QA/QC Protocols

• What QA/QC did they run (standards, blanks, duplicates)?

• Have any re-assays been requested by the company because of QA issues?

5. Partial Result Strategy

• Will they publish partial assay batches (e.g., first 4 holes) while waiting for the rest?

• When do they expect to make a public release?

6. Historical Lab Performance

• Have they used ALS before on this project (or other projects)? If yes, what were their past TATs?

No, I am not incorrect. To repeat - the statement I gave was DIRECT from the Wishbone RNS.

In fact the RNS on 21st August 2025 stated:

“The drill core is currently being transported from site to Perth to be cut and assayed.”

It appears you may to check your information Ezhik.

Either that or the RNS was false reporting and therefore a lie.

I think I’ll therefore go with the RNS statement made - and as such that will be 13 weeks this week awaiting assay results..!

Further to your very valid point about the assay results.

In fact the RNS on 21st August 2025 stated:

“The drill core is currently being transported from site to Perth to be cut and assayed.”

That makes it 13 weeks this Wednesday. That means one of the following - it is going to be a good result or a bad result - however, the Wishbone BoD need to be more open and honest with their communications.

13 weeks is definitely far too long with no relevant news with regards the assay results.

To echo recent comments - what an absolutely pointless RNS.

That communication was as helpful as a chocolate tea pot.

The Wishbone board of directors need to have some significant training when it comes to marketing - since at present it is truly shocking.

Mike Buck still does not know how to report any RNS without a negative element.

He or his management team should take some coaching classes to learn how to write a positive RNS’s…!

Of course there is some concern with regards waiting for the assay results. I found this following summary from ChatGPT to be rather helpful…:

• Lenigas’ involvement does not automatically mean disaster. He may add value.

• But his track record and style increase the risk profile of the investment.

• If you believe in Wishbone’s assets and exploration strategy, you can justify investment — but you should accept this is a high‐risk proposition.

• If you are a more risk-averse investor (and you prefer stable, producing assets, better governance), then Lenigas’ involvement could tip the balance towards “too speculative”.
