“As of 2020, Ms. Enkhmaa Davaanyam, the Non-Executive Chairperson of Petro Matad, received a total compensation of £32,000.  In 2023, her compensation increased to approximately $50,000.  Please note that these figures are based on publicly available information, and more recent data may not be readily accessible.”

It feels more and more each day that Petro Matad, under the diabolical “leadership” of Mike Buck - that Buck is treating PM as a Pyramid or indeed even a Ponzi scheme.

Buck and his friends are living very comfortably from the significant amount of money paid into PM by genuine investors…!

As each day goes by - for me over the last multiple years - something feels off here..!!

As per usual - diddly squat updates from Mike Buck and his merry bunch. He’s probably to embarrassed to raise his head above the parapet..

Interesting to read today that Mike Buck is the sole Director - and that there are 3 non-executive directors.:

The majority on this chat board agree with you, yet you continue with ongoing debates with WOS.

To stop yourself continually getting stressed by your encounters with him - simply filter him like many others have already done. It will make your day much calmer.

Doc - to make your life easier and to save you any continued stress - why not just green filter WOS.

It definitely helps with the deluge of twaddle that he/her sends out..

The continued silence and lack of communication from Mike Buck and Petro Matad - speaks volumes with regards what they think about the private investors.

The share price continues to fall - and absolutely diddly squat from this company to explain what is happening to justify the plunging share price.

Mike Buck needs to come down and out of his ivory tower - and explain to all shareholders - what the bloody hell is happening with Petro Matad and the situation with the share price.!!! I think we are all now totally fed up with his continued BS..

We can almost guarantee that Buck and his friends will be after another new raise in the near future - to fund their undoubted luxury lifestyle.

Further to my previous posts over several months/years - I have always been very vocal stating that Mike Buck is out of his depth.

It is surely time for his position to be called into account.

Some quick research shows these are the top 3 major investors. Surely these investors do not want to be losing the volumes of money - just as the private investors are losing - due to continued poor leadership.

The major shareholders of Petro Matad include a mix of institutional investors, individual shareholders, and insiders. Based on recent data:

1. Interactive Investor Services Nominees Ltd holds the largest block of shares at approximately 16.8%, serving primarily as a custodian for retail investors.

2. Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Ltd has a significant stake, managing about 15.4% of shares.

3. HSDL Nominees Ltd (related to Hargreaves Lansdown) holds about 4.4%.

Petro Matad sadly makes me think of them as the Titanic of the share world.

Everyone looking to get into a life raft - trying to hold on to whatever valuables they have remaining - before it fully sinks..!

Hi all

With this PM share price down more often than up - to my fellow LTH’s - does anyone wish they had not bought into Petro Matad?

Personally for me, hindsight is a wonderful thing - but I’m now sadly having regrets. I of course want the SP to fly - but unfortunately I don’t think it ever will now.

Hopefully I’m proven wrong.

Unfortunately most of us, with many being LTH’s - have gotten used to not believing or trusting the RNS communications that we get from Mike Buck and his motley crew.!

Take all comms and timelines from Mike Buck / PM with a strong pinch of salt sadly.

Something still. smells off here.

Whilst MB has not helped the overall cause - in this instance there should be no sound reason why this SP should be dropping this low now.

I can only think there are some dodgy back door dealings taking place to force the SP down - then buying on the cheap - then ramp the SP back up for some quick MM traders wins.!

As expected, it’s only the market that matters - and no matter what the rampers say - this is a very fluffy RNS. The market obviously does NOT like this RNS.

I.e. it’s not good. I am now beyond frustrated. Now edging even more so towards anger.

No doubt most of the sensible members of this board and PM share holders, will feel exactly the same.

As such, the SP has continued to fall.

Therefore to the likes of WOS et al - stop the constant ramping drivel.. The RNS still continues to have too many buts, maybe’s, might, etc. There are always caveats when it comes to PM RNS’s..!!
