Really surprised that we haven’t seen much from RR on this contract win , disappointing that the win wasn’t reflected in the share price. On a positive note there is great things coming next year, we should see a big push on UltraFan use now this huge engine has moved to the test bed, nice article in the mail yesterday mentions early 2023. We also could see some further development with electric eVTOL aircraft

Hope the government is reading this,
RR need to move quickly on this, rather then wait for government funding, please bring in someone like Jim Ratcliffle, he has the 2billion needed to build the first one.

This article explains more about SAF, capacity needs to increase to a scale that allows airlines to obtain this without issues.
This together with Hydrogen is going to be a big change maybe 2024 nice if RR do something ahead of others next year

Easy achievable JP know this
A recently upgraded ‘buy’ rating from Barclays and a price target of £1.10 suggest to me that Rolls-Royce shares could very well hit £1 soon. With that in mind, I’ll strongly consider buying the stock when I’ve got more spare cash.
JP Morgan didn’t mention this, very convenient
Aside from its Civil Aerospace division, there’s also been plenty of excitement in recent weeks over its Defence segment. Rolls-Royce managed to secure a couple of bumper contracts that got investors excited.
The first is the US army awarding its Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) to Textron‘s Bell V-280 Valor helicopter. The helicopter’s engines will by powered by the British engineer. This is estimated to bring 3.4p worth of value per share, according to analysts at Jefferies.
The second, and potentially even bigger piece of news is the manufacturer’s latest project, Tempest. This is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Defence in Britain, BAE and Rolls-Royce. It’s a fighter engine programme that could eventually result in the manufacturer being contracted to supply the engine for the UK’s sixth-generation fighter jet project.
Add these contracts to the group’s already fat order book and it’s easy to understand why the stock has enjoyed a jump lately.
Are Rolls-Royce shares heading back to £1 in 2023?
Motley Fool think so, which is different to a few weeks back.

RR should put some effort into attacking JP Morgan , no mention on what is coming from India that will use lots of RR engines

Love this, not many expecting this from Air India, May even catch RR by surprise
There are various press releases around on the web about the Air India order for 500 jets, mixture of Boeing and Airbus.
Air India is considering one of the biggest single aircraft orders in commercial aviation history, spending tens of billions of dollars on jets from Boeing and Airbus.
Morning all, should be a good couple of weeks ahead, the negativity from investors seems to have died. We have seen it down to mid 60s at its lowest, 70, due to a re-rate, 80s with shorters dipping in and out and now mid 90s as new partnerships with BAE and others on future projects worth billions come to light.
Just need to see data on flying hours for all RR engines that are in the sky to demonstrate very positive year end results, The New year should cheer us up even more, doesn’t take much more for major investors to return to RR
Each week since JP Morgan slated RR p, we have seen positive announcements on both increased flying and new deals. From a low of 0.64 p on 28th September to todays value was always on the cards, JP must be in bed with a number of shorters determined to drive the share value to the level that allows them to make money, hence JP value of 0.75p
Rolls-Royce's full-year 2022 results will be announced on February 23, 2023, until then we will see more positive news.
Officially Tufa starts his new role as CEO on 1st Jan 2023, bet he is involved in some way now to ensure RR return to profit and have dividend payments announced early 2023

This forum won’t increase the share price, what will increase the share price will be revenue from engine orders of any kind. Defence, civil, power systems , new technology mean this is a one way ticket to a share price not seen for many years. 2023, 2024 or latest 2025 who cares, the good news just keeps on coming
