When I eventually scrap my diesel and buy an EV i'm hoping i'll be able to charge it from my solar panels and then use the power from the car in the house as my annual mileage is very low, then I won't need a 2nd battery for solar storage.

How many companies on the cusp with the holy grail transformational product line up give away shares at a 25% discount ? You just wouldn’t do it.

Then it’s highly unlikely there is a strategic investment in this round, in the ‘future’ is more likely.
I don’t think a strategic investor would have needed a 25% discount, this suggests there are still no orders due to be announced any time soon.

Mucksy, the BOD had authority to issue more shares already, most have now been issued, there is still a remaining 1m shares to be issued but the BOD need shareholder approval to issue these which they hope to get at the general meeting later this month. In addition to this they also want approval to issue further shares in the future, makes sense as it gives them room to manoeuvre later should they need it, and anything would be better than using the Thalion facility which I always thought was just an instrument to show they were not insolvent.
Not sure how everyone would feel though if in 2 years time and we still haven't had proper marketing and not sold much and needed more cash but couldn't because shareholders hadn't approved the issuing of more shares, the company could fold.

CH2ARGE was never applied for even though AFC used it in their RNS's.
They have however applied for H-POWER, having first coined the phrase in 2019 and stating it was trademarked, yet they only applied for it on the 7th May, a bit back to front if you ask me ! It could have been objected to, as h-POWER was in 2018.

Junior, according to the RNS we are in a closed period until some time during week commencing 20th July once the interims are released.

We are still accelerating over the cusp and are on a glidepath to sales which we can't get until we have goods on the shelf which we didn't build because of the pandemic but we are now but we still can't sell because they're not CE marked, they're not competitive on price running on 99.999% hydrogen which is why we pumped 100k into Hiiroc to produce cheap hydrogen where we will see a prototype hopefully this year, then a commercial version in God knows when. I think that sums it up.

Maybe me one could do the math accurately but my fag packet numbers are RAs holding has dropped nearly 1% so this RNS has factored in 20% dilution already so there shouldn’t be a further RNS unless Norma actually sell more shares
