jmo, your right once turkey is in the EU has had it. There will be a motorway built through the country to import everybody into the main more wealty countries, Turkey will be just a huge transport hub and conduit. Only sensible leaders like the guy in Hungary (i think it was) with the guts to stand up to the EU rules will keep their country safe by refusing to take in non mixing imigrants. Im just hoping our borders are water tight before the day they join happens - and they will be joining someday as the currnent EU leaders are just too stupid to rely upon to make sensible choices for their own peoples, as time has proven.

An american company has recently built a 17% stake here, which is interesting given (as i understand it) the business needs to be 50.1% EU owned. Have no idea on the current split, but that 17% is quite a large chunk to be non EU owned and sways the figures somewhat.

i think the 'chat' activity has died down a bit as this share has gone into BORING mode for a while, like watching paint dry at the moment.

Easy to deal with the tss cheaply enough then so not an ovrly troublesome issue there, TDS would need specific tests to determine whats needed but if not a huge process issue then best left alone and worked around as required.

would be interested in knowing a bestimate cost of each of the core drillings that have taken place in 'proving' up the resource in the wider field recently from anyone with experience in that sort of thing. Having closed down production (and hence income) id imagine that would be burning a hole through the remaining capital the company has at a decent rate.
Also done a bit of checking re the river itself and what sort of water is required for mining (for the muppet out there, no water isnt just water), seems that the quality and composition of water used in specific mining has to be a consistant quality to ensure its best usage and to maintain the extraction quality. That may mean simple setting lagoons or filters or chemical alterations/dosing, i dont know without data im no miner, but as the river seems shallow from what i can see its quality will vary a fair bit so may need factoring in at some point.

solar pumps are generally gutless, ok for recirc probably around the plant once the waters there, but for lifting and volume they are not great. Also need to add in the PV install costs (batteries too for 24hr operation) then of course

pipework is the cheaper ' one off' bit, its the power to lift and push the water (assuming of course the rivers lower than the mine) that will add to the installation cost. Take a look at the flowrate of any old pump (sequence swimming pool pumps are good to learn from) and see the huge drop off for each bit of head lift reqd. Average pond pumps flowrate will reduce by half for the first metre of lift, and be worse afterwards.

looks like the pilots are all joining forces piecemeal to give o'deary a bit of a hiding, am not quite so sure that is the best way of treating him tbh, he's just as likely to stick two fingers up and call them out like he has historically.
