One of the good points re Brown is that due to the timing of announcing the OO it hasn’t been superheated by the vaccine bounce.

No TR-1s as yet is also an encouraging sign. But we’ll see, I certainly accept there are different ways of looking at the circumstances, and will probably get a stop set just in case.

Nice day ,but overall TED remains undervalued and a steady rise shouldn’t be too much to expect. If they turn out good numbers in the update then things will really get lively.

In my view the sp is reflecting a market that has digested the reasoning behind the OO and has accepted the financial strategy as sound, and the projected business improvements as genuine, realistic and achievable. I found the Chairman’s letter in the document very explanatory and comforting. I don’t see the sp dropping significantly after the new shares are entered, in fact I see a steady growth commencing. But each to their own.

A good day, yes, but it’s a bit odd TED didn’t add significantly after the vaccine announcement. Still momentum is key and there’s plenty of value to be discovered by prospective investors.

A 120 close today could be on the cards given the second vaccine news. But the longer game will turn out very positive and that’s going to keep me holding.

In a way it’s surprising QP didn’t (haven’t yet) taken a punt on ECO. Not what we want while this sp is **** poor, but it remains a possibility.

Any II taking shares will be doing so by choice, not because they’ve underwritten the new share release but then start flogging them off. Those taken at 57 by LA won’t see the light of day so all things considered there won’t be a sell-off to drive the price into silly territory. And no way will the raise be rejected.

Let’s not forget this raise is is underwritten by Alliance, it’s not de facto that he will get all the shares. The Alliance family could have taken many millions from the market on the way down to 10p. This is not a move borne out of financial desperation and survival, but robust business thinking aimed at taking the company forward at pace. There will be plenty of II interest in taking up blocks of shares.

Strange that TED is not currently doing better, in fact is lagging behind compared to some. But rather like a flock of starlings, and with the present situation, once one investor spots the opportunity the rest could descend in a mad rush.

The news definitely seems solid and not overblown, given even Sage are bigging it up, so hopefully the markets will strengthen further tomorrow rather than retrace. A bit surprising that TED didn’t rocket further today bearing in mind its recent higher level, but at least it must be a candidate for another blast this week. I wonder if we’ll hear more regards Tosca...

The fact Tosca is acquiring a larger holding at least suggests they can see value in TED, whether as a sound investment or a takeover target. Obviously the latter would be a huge concern to holders currently well under water, which thankfully is not my position. Well, there does some to be a significant push for the required structure to support solid expansion going on.
Being a sceptic, I now wonder if the last update was deliberately downplayed in order to limit the increase in sp. after all, why make it tougher for the top holder...
