A buy of 56K odd shares went through and EVO are bidding 19p again, making the current spread 19.0-19.5p. Volume not too bad today, at 721K so far.

I see a 207799 share trade at 19p just showed up, delayed from 12:55 and down the shares go, 18.5-19.0p currently, which suggests it must have been a sell.

My comment 'not good news' was not meant to imply that it was bad news either, just that if they announce a revamp of shares to enable them to raise further funds the implication is that that is what they are planning to do. For long term holders raising funds to expand is a good thing, but it can have a detrimental effect on the share price in the short term. Before the 80K buy sells outweighed buys 94K to 39K, which is when I made the statement. The 80K buy appears to have steady things and prevented a slide back down to yesterdays opening. As discussed on advfn we do seem to have resistance at 20p, but I think this is just a lack of turnover generally rather than a serious issue. Personally, I'd like to see the shares traded back up above the million daily mark, last seen on the 1st May, as I think it's partly a lack of volume which is keeping the shares undervalued.

SP dropped to 51.5p briefly although picked up slightly since then. Sells way ahead of buys today though, I suspect there are concerns about the possibility of a rights issue or placing. Personally I'd have thought that they should be a lot higher given the recent good deal but the share price appears to be slowly dropping at present. Remaining on my watch list though.

It's only an adjustment as the share price is less than their face value (which is 25p), the effect is that it will reduce the nominal value of the shares in issue to 5p. The reason for doing this is that if the company wanted to raise money via a rights issue or placing then they would need to do so at a price at least as high as the face value of the shares (which at 25p is above the current SP). Not good news, as it suggests that the may want to raise funds. If this were via a placing (which is likely) then us mortal holders would be diluted and probably see a reduction in SP. Of course, they would likely only require extra funds for expansion, which ultimately would be good news for those of us in for the duration. Having started up a quarter penny we've dropped back on selling pressure this morning.

They touched 260p in January, and are falling again today on moderate selling. However, the broker target of 50p is well above the current SP of 33-37 (actual trades offer 33.04-35.6p). The interim results in April were in line and brokers had a 'buy' recommendation with 115p target price. The latest profit warning caused the first recent fall and the broker downgrading dropped them further still, to 40p. Probably a good share to tuck away for recovery after the spectacular fall.

Can't see why the SP has fallen on this news. A few small buys and the shares at 21-22p: Rusina Mining Limited (ASX code: RML; AIM "RMLA") is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with AIM listed United Kingdom nickel group European Nickel PLC (AIM "ENK") to fund a heap leach trial and feasibility study on Rusina's Acoje deposit in the Philippines. As a separate agreement, DMCI Holdings Inc (PSE : DMC) of the Philippines has agreed to cement its partnership with Rusina by becoming the Philippine partner in the Acoje Project, and formalising the arrangement for the investment into a Ferro Nickel plant on Semirara Island. Discussions with these parties have been ongoing for some time. Pricing for these transactions have taken into account recent changes of the companies share price.

Torex Retail's In Store Information Solution (ISIS) Selected by Foodland CUMBERLAND, R.I. --(Business Wire)-- Torex Retail Americas, a global retail solution provider, announced today that contracts have been signed with Foodland, a division of the Sullivan Family of Companies. Foodland will be installing Torex Retail's supermarket solution, ISIS(TM), - a Microsoft.net based point-of-sale, back office and multi-store management solution. The ISIS solution, along with IBM servers and IBM SurePOS terminals will be installed in their chain of 29 Foodland supermarkets and in 7 Food Pantry and Malama Market stores over the next year.

Have decided to exit MOB early to buy into TAN which is showing weakness today. 8.9% after costs has helped recover some of the losses I suffered when the ZED deal was agreed. Sold at 38.75p.

Lol, over a hundred automated sells at 101.5p just went through, of 10 shares each. Someone must want to hide the fact that they've reduced their holding :)

I remain long on IEC, have bought three times at between £12.41 and £12.72 so pleased to see them more or less hanging on to £13 today. The move to the main market happens tomorrow, I expect some movement but I don't have huge confidence at present. In theory some funds which avoid AIM stocks should be interested and want to buy the shares, particularly as IEC should end up in the FT350 index at the next reshuffle. This ought to result in some decent buying and a rising share price. However, it may also be true that the expectation of a rise has meant T traders delaying their sells until after the switch. If so then we could see a sell off tomorrow if buying is light. I'm staying put in hope of the former, with a close eye on the SP in case I need to bail in the even of the latter...

The drop to 100p seems to offer good value I think, that's a third off their high in March. I've taken a T20 at 101p.

IEC state that they move to the main market on May 9th. They also provided a production update, with targets of 1000bpd by end 2007, 25000bpd by end 2008 and 35000bpd by end 2009. These targets are based on current wells, targets may be adjusted in line with further drilling and testing.

Buys and sells pretty close to even today, but the MOB share price still creeping up. Volume has been dismal recently, well under 100K a day, but leapt yesterday to 485K. Today is 75K so far in 18 trades and SP up again to 39.0-39.75p. Although I'm up nearly 10% I bought on a T20 so another 2 weeks to run yet. I can't decide why the interest, the results have been delayed so I can only assume that this is a rumour lead revival, with perhaps further to go. L2 showing plenty of buying interest but not much selling pressure below 41p so we could yet break that 40p resistance. Continuing to hold for now.

Nicely timed. The maximum AIM stocks can be suspended for is 6 months. They don't usually take so long but weeks or months rather than days. I've taken a T trade on a share which was suspended a couple of days later, had to sell other shares to pay for them as I had no choice, you can't sell suspended shares unless you can do a deal outside the market. Still suspended 3 months later but at least I can only wait a maximum of 3 more months :) You'll have to find the £5K from elsewhere. The RTO isn't a foregone conclusion of course, but EEL feel optimistic enough to suspend the shares, so there's a good chance of a substantial profit when they relist.

Would be very good news if it goes ahead. Might be a bit of a wait but well worth it if they can pull it off. LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Equator Exploration Ltd said it is considering a possible reverse takeover and that it has requested that trading in its securities on AIM be suspended with immediate effect. Equator said it expects trading to recommence either when the company posts an admission document in relation to the transaction or confirms that discussions have terminated.

This share can't make up its mind where to go. Up above £13, then back below it. SP all over the place but overall holding up, which is a surprise since there is substantially more selling than buying. No doubt investors still await formal news on the move to the main market, and also some closure on the problems in Tomsk, when both occur we should see a sustained rise into £13 and beyond.

Although the SP is historically high, Millennium & Copthorne is supposed to have a value of closer to £17.00 per share according to the Times today. Traded on SETS, no movement yet this morning but might be worth keeping an eye on.

MOBs downfall came about because they aquired other companies with payment based on shares, and then China announced restrictions on contracts last year. The SP fell, which meant that they would have to give away more shares to meet their obligations, which meant the share price fell, etc. Takeover talk arrived in the autumn which caused a brief surge to 100p or so (from below 40p) but the SP fell back as all of the interested parties walked away. ZED was left as the only company prepared to take a stake, buying a whole load of new shares at 50p and taking just over 50% of the enlarged share base. A company called Linktone tried to step in with with a conditional offer of around 70p a share, but only as long as the ZED deal failed. Unfortunately it was voted through and the MOB share price has drifted ever since. (and the 76p to £10 oil stock, a dream - they do very rarely come true, but just as likely to amount to nothing, impossible to tell)
