Just having my usual browse around the websites and found these three companies all purporting to have DMS products or software relating to DMS.

Are these companies real competition ?

Yes, this is good to hear, but it is not going to change the share price !

In early December 2014, the share price was around 5.41p, with a share issue of 932,000,000.

The share issue today is 3.72 Billion and the share price is around 5.4 p.
So we have had a 75% dilution with no real share price change.

If you are a long term holder that is not good news.

We need to hear some revenue changing announcements and some revenue forecasts for the financial year ending 2021.

Just winning awards and being associated with OEM X, Y, Z is not going to hack it!

Of the 20+ RNS's from SEE this year only a few mentioned actual new revenue. All the rest are about annual reporting data, info about links with organisations , share awards and dilution.
With continual low share trading volumes, which in turn generates a liquidity issue, I cannot see my investment moving forward any time soon.
Many long term PI's want and need this to be a success because they have lost so much money in terms of opportunity cost over the years while invested in this share.
PM has been 18 months in the job, but what has really changed for the private investor.
I know he said we are fully funded to profit.
If this is true, where are the revenue forecasts for year end 2021, 2022, 2023 . . .

Does anyone know the FY2021 revenue forecast?
I do not recall seeing this data anywhere.

I know that the unaudited year to date results for Q1 FY2021 were ahead of budget, with revenue of A$9.5m being an increase of 20% on previous period (Q1 FY2020: A$7.8m).

We are now almost six months into this financial year with not a lot to show.

He has made some good performances on screen recently trying to promote Seeing Machines potential prospects. He has created 372 Million new shares at 4.1 pence for a new investor, and diluted our holdings again.
However, he has been in the job for 17 Months and has invested ZERO dollars of his own money.
As a long term private investor, considerably long in this stock, that is a big worry for me.
How can you trust a man who does not invest in his own company ?
He has had ample time to make an investment.

Further, I think he delayed his bonus earlier in the year, has he knew there was no chance of achieving it at that time. He can still get this bonus and he takes NO personal risk.

I hope I am wrong as I have a lot to lose.

Why would Lombard be worried about this small dilution! It is a positive investment.
The advantages for them and 'us' private investors are:-
1. New strong positive investor ;
2. Increased market awareness of SEE ;
3. Increased upside for their 645 Million shares ;
4. Opportunity to purchase another 2% more shares
5. More stable market due to greater II control

Yes, a great move for ALL of us.

Listening and watching PM in that video further enforces my belief in SEE, which may have waivered 'a little bit' over the past five years, as my holding have increased.

You could say that there has been an inflexion point in the PR for SEE.
It would seem that management now want the company to be recognised for what they are, a great force in the DMS market and associated technologies.

I believe that the control of Seeing Machines' 'IP and data' will be the impetus for the titans, such as, Google, Apple et al,
to force a bidding war to acquire this knowledge.

Just look at what you will be buying. Access to all the big names in the automotive and aviation industry.
And lets not forget our their IP could/can be use in Medical, Telephony, internet gadgets etc

It would be easy to say, who would not want to own Seeing Machines !

Just read the pricing on Freetrade. It looks like there are only two charges : (1) £3 per month for a stock/shares ISA and (2) FX commission trade (0.45%). May be worth a look. It states that it is FCA authorised.

Where do all these low buy/sells deals originate (£ 0 - £100) ?
Are they automated ?

It cannot be individual PI's, it would cost more in commission !

Half the SEE trades are very low value !

It is possible that Seeing Machines are aware that considerable news is going to break in the next 4 weeks. Therefore, it is only prudent to wait. If there are some promising announcements, they may wish to improve their forecasts for revenue in the 2020-2021 financial year and beyond.
It may also give them the opportunity to state that the company is now fully funded and going to make a profit.
This would be a significant statement to the market, which is 'hungup' on the fund raise issue.
It would also be a feather in the cap for PM and give credibility for his future share award.

A possible reason for the final results being one month latter this year is that Seeing Machines are expecting considerable news which may affect their 2020-2021 forecasts and beyond. Only a guess, obviously !

I am just trying to remind myself of some of the potential 'deals' just waiting to go live.

I understand that SEE DMS can identify intoxicated drivers.
Does any other DMS have this capability ?

Cash at June 2019 was A$64.3M
Cash at June 2020 was A$38.7M
Cash used in 1 Year was A$25.6M

More revenue is coming in this financial year and there is also Covid funds from the Australian government.
Is this a bit too simplified ?

Yes, potentially any application where a machine needs to understand what a human is thinking ?

What is happening with Guardian BDMS ?

Remember, June 2019, 'Seeing Machines wins contract with major North American self-driving car company".
Proactive Investor : "For an up-front fee of A$2.2mln, the AIM-listed company’s Guardian backup-driver monitoring system (BDMS) will be added to a large proportion of the fleet of the new customer, which was described as a “leading North American self-driving car company”. '

Although fully-automated vehicles are no longer a 'near term' event, I believe there was lots of potential for companies like Waymo, Uber etc to buy BDMS.

Is this 'small fry' now for SEE, or is there money to be made here as one of their long list of products ?

Like most of you, I have been buoyed on by the latest RNS and the continuing confidence and growing potential of Seeing Machines.
I am coming up to my fifth year of investment, which has grown continually over that period.
But the question I have no answer to, is why have the present and past management of SEE never purchased equity in any significant numbers.
And let's be honest, they have had year after year of a very low share price to make that big purchase.
I challenge anyone on the Seeing Machines executive board to answer this question.
They know, and we know that big purchases from board members is the ultimate show of confidence.
PM can make great statements about SEE's potential , but nothing says more than risking your OWN money.
Come on Paul, show us what your really believe!

S7eve083 and Smokey2 are the same person.
Only appearing when there is a slight weakness in the SEE share price. Any upward movement and he/she is away!

Tech investors continue to buy causing the Nasdaq to reach all time highs.
Investors are thinking about the next 12-18 months and not the current global pandemic crisis.

Surely that way off thinking should start to work for Seeing Machines very soon!

If this is the case, then this would show as assets on their balance sheet. I may be wrong, but I do not recall seeing 25 million Australian dollars for these 947 million shares as assets available to SEE.
