About 4.5 million shares have been traded so far today. That is approximately 0.001% of the shares in issue. That has caused a 5% drop in share price.
What can you do, other than wait or sell.

It is illegal to hold back information that affects the share price. However, that does not stop companies manipulating information releases.
Any recover we do get from these levels may only take us back to previous levels we 'enjoyed'

Those two sells of 134129 and 134023 shares are actually buys, my Trading to ISA swap. For once, the drop in T+2 actually worked for me!

I do not think it is beneficial for any company to keep their share price low, either by design or inadvertently.
If the share price remains at this level then it would be difficult to fight off a hostile takeover bid, if it were to come soon.
I cannot see any benefit for SM to pursue a policy of keeping the share price low. I have never subscribed to this view. I am still of the opinion that the PR is not mainstream focused, and hence, the PR only captures a limited audience.

I was not specifically referring to Bosch, I meant any company developing DMS/Occupancy IP.

John, I do not pretend to understand many of the patents you detail. But what I do see from the content is that many companies have been in this race for development of DMS/Occupant IP.
A lot of the patents seem to be similar/overlapping. Are Seeing Machine ensuring that their ideas are not been copied/reinvented?

As much as I detest the empty comments from Mr FishPie, the fact remains that the SM management have failed to improve share holder value in the last five years or more, on any metric.
As soon as we have a PM Proactive interview, that about 10 people watch , it is followed by months of silence from SM, a familiar pattern to us all.
The dismal share price is evidence that the private investor is still not convinced that anything significant is going to happen soon.
The SM management have a responsibility to develop and maintain their IP and DMS product.
They also have a responsibility to improve the share holder value year on year, which they are evidently not doing. A promise which PM has made on many occasions.
The SM management have taken hundreds of millions of dollars over the last decade in fund raising. For those PI's who backed them in the early days and throughout the calls for cash, they have had no return whatsoever.
Despite all the provado on this board , I am concerned about my large investment, as are many other PI's.
And before I get the usual comment of 'then sell your shares' - life is not that simple.
It will only take one if the Institutional Investors to get twitching and we will be in trouble.
And where are these US investors that were mentioned years ago.
It is one thing being in the shadows and holding some cards back, but when a company has a wall of silence it becomes a worry.
Surely there must be some news about the Qualcomm relationship and deals, after 18 months of association!

When PG made that statement the next two quarters were Mar-Jun and Jul-Sep. Therefore, if all the RNS's are not in by end of Sep 2022, then it is another one of those imminent moments once again. However, it is probably academic since SM is likely to be acquired by one of the 'bigboys' soon.

Are Seeing Machines finally starting to emerge from the shadows? The start of a flurry of information releases with some whoppers to come. If they can go into mainstream publication so that everyone knows what DMS entails and what is on offer for the public in the near future then this could be the start of the rise.
May 2019 we commenced the 'point of inflexion'. Are we now to move upwards and commence 'exponential growth'?

It is great hearing about contracts and collaborations but we will never get any serious movement in the share price until the private investor, and the like, have a clear guidance on SM revenue, profit and margins.
And, of course the only other favourable exit point for us is a potential takeover bid, which seems ever more likely with the above contacts and collaborations.

Has a long term investor I am not inspired by this RNS. No estimates for revenue once again.
If the recent $125 Million deal did not move the share price, what is this going to do.

Seeing Machines has data in abundance. And this is real time, real life driving data capturing all the edge cases. This is worth a fortune on its own to any company developing or enhancing systems
I'm this arena.

The 'Market' is the current and potential investors who trade. We struggle to have 100 trades per day. And the majority of those are peanuts in value. There is no market , just some PI's trying to make some small profits.
The question should be - why is there no market in SM shares? I know we are on AIM but our market is so very small. The is no market because SM do not publicise in the wider press. The CEO interviews are conducted with Proactive - limited audience. We are obviously not visible to the wider market of potential investors and traders.

I just hold on to the fact that our Institutional Investors undoubtedly know more than us and they are waiting too. I will hang in with them for now.

This is great news again Terry. But unless Seeing Machines emerges from the shadows, I fear we will not see the full benefit to our share price.
Is there suddenly going to be an explosion of RNS's or are they still going to play 'keep it quiet' right up to a takeover, hostile or otherwise.

I very much understand this point of view. That is why I have been here for six years, my longest ever investment.
But like many, for various reasons, I cannot wait another 2 years plus for some profit.
It is really going to have to be some kind of profit to pick up for all those losses in the past six years!

But, I would still like to see the name of Seeing Machines in the wider populous press, and the name of Seeing Machines mentioned in all the car brochures that are issued with new and updated models. That would make us truly ubiquitous.

These proactive interviews are staged, no challenging questions, just a script for PM.
It is almost like he is scared to talk to the 'bigger' press, who will push him for thorough answers, no weak washy statements.
And he has no reason to be scared, he is the CEO of a first class company.
Maybe he lacks confidence in the big arena.
If the name Seeing Machines is to be synonymous with car/auto safety then he is going to have to step outside of his comfort zone.
He is always talking about improving share holder value. Take a leaf out of the Qualcomm CEO's book and talk to the mainline press, auto shows, big promotions, just get out there. After all this is part of his role, that is, promoting/highlighting the company in public, not behind closed doors.
I can only assume that our large institutional investors must be getting some inside information, otherwise they would be kicking up a stink too.
