SM seem to be reluctant to issue any RNS with monetary value or prediction. That tells the 'market' one thing - they still lack confidence in their own revenue forecast. The IP and products are first class and those in the know are fully aware.
We need an hostile take attempt to wake the market and put a rocket up the SM managements' ****.

Where are all these American II's that PM stated could not buy a piece of our pie. This was 2-3 months ago. Why are they not taking advantage of the low share price? Please don't reply saying they can only buy at a certain MCap, it don't wash.
I cannot see how the company will ever move forward in share price on AIM.

On June 22nd 2018, the share price closed at 13.35 pence. The share price is currently 9.52 pence, so that is a 28.9% decrease over the 3 year period.
All that progress and change in the company has meant nothing in monetary terms, and for the long term holders like myself, a real loss. Add on to that the cost of inflation and the opportunity loss, we become real losers at the moment.
The only consolation is that I still believe their IP and products have vast revenues to yield, but will all the small private investors be patient. I do hope so.

If we get a RNS on Monday and we rise by 20% we will still only be at 11.82, where we were at the start of April. Some will say this is a buying opportunity, I say , if we are number 1 DMS then what is going on ?
And the website is still out of date in the Investor share section (2 months now) but they still have time to mess about on Twitter. And yes I did send them an email, and as usual no response.
A good company manages expectations and maintains useful positive PR.
I would love to know how much SEE squanders on their PR.

We are down almost 15% since May 7th.
Any good news seems to be eaten away by PI's selling out. With low volume this just compounds the fall. However, the share price can also rise quickly , if and when there is an hint of news with a revenue of figure attached.
Almost 60% of the equity is owned by the institutions/big players, and they seem to be holding their position. I guess we have got to let this one play out to the end.

That is a great article, placing Seeing Machines right in the forefront of the DMS technology.
I love the comment in the article, "Tesla uses the steering sensor. Practically everybody else uses eye trackers."
Elon Musk is a stubborn man and does not like to be proved wrong. However, it did not become a billionaire by being an idiot. He will soon recognise that his Tesla cars need eye tracking and take what he needs.
He must be aware that Seeing Machines lead the way.

This week saw the start of the of the technology companies reporting their quarterly earnings in the U.S.
The likes of Alphabet(Google), Apple, Samsung, to name but a few, have reported profits doubling in the quarter.
We are talking 10's of billions of dollars for Alphabet and Apple.
Many of the big Tech companies are awash with money and still need to diversify their business to stay on top.
Some are already investigating the potential investment into the self-driving market and where it could take their revenues in this decade and beyond. Seeing Machines could be a prime acquisition to help any major technology company capture a strong hold on the DMS market via their IP and chip technology.
If there was ever a time to own Seeing Machine stock, it must be now.
Read this board and do your own research, and you will come to the same conclusion.

News item on autonomous driving. Two cars shown, one with Veoneer on sterling wheel and the other was a Tesla. A guy from Thatcham tried to explain the limitations. Despite the brevity of the piece it shows the idea of of semi autonomous driving is now on the public horizon.

I agree Jins, A$7M just does not cut it for a global leader, all be it, an initial contract value.
RNS's like this should just maintain how SP at about 11p-12p until something substantial is released.

I have just emailed the Tesla Press Office for North America extolling the virtues of Seeing Machine DMS.

Yes, the investor presentation did answer some questions. However, I did use an appropriate forum to contact Seeing Machines. On their website , there is an area where you can send questions via the contact portal, which I used, appropriately.
That is why I was disappointed not to get any kind of response after sending 3 emails.
I still believe in the company and product, and I still remain invested. I remain invested because I believe this is the right time for DMS, and SM have the 'top' product.

Over the past few months I have emailed Seeing Machines 3 times. They have not had the courtesy to even respond once. Total disregard for the private investor. Hence, private investors get out when they can.

It is down to lack of trust for the Seeing Machines management. They have a poor record of managing shareholder value.
The only time PI's are on their radar is when they require new funds.
Despite the above I remain a long term investor due to their superior IP and product.

What revenue do SM get for each vehicle that uses the DMS ?
I have seen lots of estimates from people on here, but I really do not know the actual figure.
Has it ever been announced ?

I know there will be different prices when it is installed as a chip or just when the IP is used.

I totally agree with you. One of the failings of Seeing Machines is that when they do announce RNS's, they rarely attach revenue values/predictions. And further, when they do attach a revenue value, it is always on the very low cautious side.
I have never understood why the PR is so dismal at Seeing Machines.
They seem to waste more time maintaining twitter and other garbage.

Nevertheless , Seeing Machines has a world class product/IP and they are at the 'eye of the DMS storm' !

Despite all the good news to date; the fantastic market potential for DMS; the pipeline of customers; the massive future revenues; you cannot beat the Market Makers when we have low trading volume. They will catch the investor with stop losses and unreasonable wide spreads.
If you are in for growth over the next 12-18 months, then just hold on. That is not advise that is common sense.
Unfortunately many have to sell for a host or reasons, nothing to do with Seeing Machines.

We are all hung up on the next RNS and the flow to follow. But what I see is that the SM IP/algorithms are becoming ubiquitous. Whether it be in automotive, aviation or everyday internet electronic products.
We do not have to be known like Google, Apple, Intel etc. We will be in millions of products, used every minute of the day, and consequently, receive millions of cash flows. That is what will give us the 'big valuation'. The fact that our IP is used for safety is a big bonus in the current world climate.
It is the mega companies who are looking for long term revenue & profit that have probably already identified SM as a potential part of their future portfolio. This is where the big takeover bid(s) will emerge, and they will.

I have slowly grown my position in Seeing Machines over the past five years, from a modest holding to what I would call a very significant holding. Over those five years I have had my doubts and lost out on other opportunities, like many of you.
Up until 2018-19 most were still talking about fully automated vehicles. That obviously changed as all parties realised this was a mammoth task, and anyway, who really wants 'fully automated' vehicles.
Level 2/3 is where we are at for this decade, and Seeing Machines has QUIETLY worked in the background building its DMS technology and it's world position in the DMS market.
The shear number of world class companies associated with 'us' is staggering, from OEM's , major semi conductor producers and aviation.
Some say 'why has there never been a takeover offer if they are so good?'. I believe that SEE are so well respected that the 'big boys' are all waiting for each to make the first move and show their hand. Once this occurs, and it will, there will be an almighty bidding frenzy.
Everyone who matters in the industry needs the DMS IP/technology for next decade of big revenues. Legalisation and and the desire to be associated with safety makes this company an almost risk-free winner.

The institutional Investors slowly take control of Seeing Machines.
I am hoping that there will come a point in time where the only private investors left will be those focused on long term holdings. This should cause the share price to rise significantly as the MM try to make PI's sell.
However, it is likely a takeover will occur before this situation arises.

There are probably many II's out there with holdings below 1% that are not in this table.

Admittedly, dilution has been a point of contention for the PI's over the last 5 years or so.
Dilution as a means of funding can send the right message to the 'market' if it is performed at the right time for the right purpose.
Some of the big dilutions at 3p were issued when the company was under pressure and when they lacked a coherent marketing and development strategy. These were seen as , shall we say, disappointing.
The recent dilutions at 4.1p and 10.5p have been issued when the company now have a strong marketing and development strategy, the three pillars. I feel these share issues are much more positive, and further, they have been issued at the right time for the right purpose, namely , funding Seeing Machines development program.
In the eyes of the 'market', this is a positive move since it brings in new investors who are very much aware of the value of the SEE IP and staff.
I do not like to make predictions on where the share prices will move but I believe the company strategy is correct. It is working with world class organisations who want to be associated with SEE.
