In Sept 19 ODX did a placing of over 16m shares at 10p. The institutions made a fair profit as they had low average.

I certainly agree that the demise of the above bodes well for MNZS and the new chairman knows them well. He also had skin in the game having purchased 1.2 m shares not long ago. I will be interested to see the response to convb email. I want to see their survival strategy before I become confident they will be able to maximise swiss port opportunities! GLA

For me, whilst good visibility on revenues and fully expect the £4m to be exceeded, it would be nice for update on cost profile and expected EBITDA guidance for 2020 or even first 6 months. People are assuming cash positive but until we see some hard info, think share will meander in the interim unless news re large contract. GLA and keep the faith.

Remember Mologic work is a bonus for ODX. They still have their own POC test to produce under the MOU. That's the real news for ODX we are waiting for.

Certainly would not want to sell cheap but buyers will be there. They may not get the price they would have got 6 months ago but hopefully not far short. Nobody knows when normal service will be resumed in US but these assets have a value.

They have £800m liquidity to keep lights on. What we do not know is how much it is costing to keep lights on per month which is a concern.

Progress on the disposal of the NA assets should be priority. I have had concerns re profitability of NA assets they look good on surface but when you add in insurance provisions they are not! Agree UK Bus and rail services will require significant support for sometime however sure they will get it so confident these parts of business Ok
What level of profitability is another matter! Good news re greyhound makes a sale possible.in my view as it is still a going concern. GLA long way to go!

Getting slightly more assured, but some forecast numbers based on where they are now would be helpful e.g. cash burn and some sort of EBITDA even if negative!

Minimum 1 year, potentially longer, depends on when vaccine developed that works! When Covid settles down with a bit of luck, capacity will be used for Food detective and CD4 tests. I see this as bringing forward revenues for ODX, that it was going to achieve anyway in a couple of years time. If Covid antibodies tests both successful it will certainly cement ODX reputation as a world class in their field which is no bad thing.

Surely if they still had them they would be on shareholder register? They are not. Apologises if I have misunderstood issue!

It does have limited liquidity because of high institutional and legacy shareholders who appear very loyal, it had a steady divi. It may also show volatility at times as a consequence, if you are thinking good news may mean a sharp rise, maybe so, but not convinced, bad news a big fall almost guaranteed! Need reasons to be cheerful!

People eat what they have to and that varies from country to country, the french eat snails, I am partial to haggis and black pudding. The key is not to waste the food. There is absolutely no doubt doubt hygiene standards require to be improved in these markets, not just in China!

There is no doubt that MNZS could benefit going forward, hopefully not due to xenophobic attitudes! But because of the product they offer, comprehensive turnaround ground handling service . Its a cut throat business high volume, low margin and MZNS had made headway in that respect. The HNA group want rid of Swissport and that definitely offers opportunities for acquisition and collaboration for MNZS. They need a survival plan first before they can take commercial advantage going forward!

ODX is not a charity. It will recover costs and have a contribution to overheads as a minimum, it will be a commercial contract, it had to be otherwise the ODX board would be liable for losses IMO. This is a bonus for ODX the real prize is the POC test yet to be announced!

Given the geographical spread of this business, it is understandable the difficulty in determining the levels of Govt support available (if any) in different countries. However think an update re cash burn rate required ASAP to determine liquidity required to cover this period. When we know this it will become clear if a rights issue, or perhaps placing is required or not!
