The potential market size for Cd4 test was news to me (although may have missed it) 4.5m tests is good and profitable $4 retail margin 70%. Increasing capacity to 2m tests per week. I do agree though that until orders flow nothing certain. Everyone has their own investment strategies I have found that patience is good for me but not always.

There are approximately 27.5 m shares being issued. Only circa 7.5m will be available on 25/6. The remainder on 11/7 after the AGM on 10/7. You can bet we will have news (DF/orders)before the AGM. Suspect the II's will hold those issued first, be daft to sell before news. If no news fund raise will fail. Its all in the RNS GLA.

Whilst accepting there could be a limited churn next week it will be marginal imv. ODX need funding to be successful, if share price goes significantly below the offer price PI's will not take up offer and neither will the II's. Remember that a large chunk of raise requires approval at AGM in July. A more likely scenario is news re orders and DF in coming week or so, means SP will be supported prior to AGM and a successful fund raise. ODX is managing this process and share expectations reasonably well in my view but appreciate others have different views.

Tan if you own shares via Barclays it will appear in your corporate actions box to claim your 5% allocation. Not clear if you will be able to submit any excess share request via them as yet. If you do not own shares you will not be able to access open offer. If I had bought shares today not sure I would be entitled via Barclays as the record date is when the settlement date is usually 2 days after purchase( I could be wrong) as I missed a divi some years ago because of this time difference.

I think it is highly unlikely II's will immediately offload their shares next week. Some of the II's are new, as yet we do not know who, but why would Finncap place only to find they sell out next week, there are reputational issues here. Existing II's may do so but they are in it longer term I would think. Did anyone actually look at what the funding is being spent on it not all about Covid Odx has a plan to have many strings to it bow as it becomes a major diagnostic player in its area of expertise. This will allow ODX to fund anticipated sales. Also brings in II's is good, well oversubscribed so they can see longer term future. 6 months from now the Sp will reflect Odx as a major UK diagnostics firm.

Being as people are speculating re a placing you need to ask why it would be required. Imv it can only be for working capital. So say they did a 50m share placement at 50p this would raise £25m. If you churn your working capital 4 times per year means that £100m of product is made. The EBITDA on that at a modest 30% margin is £30m. After tax etc net profit £20m. Thats a 10p per share earning so a p/e ratio of 10 would value shares at £1.00. Whats not to like if required placing woyld be fine but suspect a bank would provide a facility. Anyway GLA.

Senegal is a relativlely small country, about 1% of Africa's 1.3bn population. The potential for significant orders from other countries is high. More news on further orders and sight of margins would be welcome. GLA

Ohmni initial estimates in the UK can be calculated, based on antibody surveillance data it has been estimated circa 7% of population so roughly 4.5m. Fatalities 45k so 1% or thereabouts. On this basis fatalities in UK would be circa 450,000 if virus was let loose. These are figures in public domain. Your point re other deaths is valid and it will be some years before real impact can be calculated in terms of excess deaths due to Covid. One thing for sure is this disease is not a severe flu as you eluded. This will be with us until a vaccine is found or more likely treatments are developed that reduce motality to a more acceptable level. In the interim the use of both testing types will be required for the foreseeable future.

There is no doubt this is undervalued and they may even turn a profit this year, even in the current circumstances. The next trading update will clarify the position hopefuly. The trading volumes and the spread is the concern I have regarding the SP, as suspect it chases away potential PI's. Maybe in the near future they will determine what their dividend policy will be going forward and that may spark some interest. We will need to be patient but at this market valuation I would not be surprised to see a offer on table from someone in near future, even at a pound a share it would be a steal. Just to clarify the write off is a non cash transaction. They are ceasing developing further allergy tests releasing technical support to develop Covid products. They will still produce allergy tests for sale to their partner.

They are ceasing development of allergy services to concentrate on Covid product range which has now expanded. All sounds fine to me. GLA

Rivaldo thanks for the update. It all sounds positive.

Mithaq Capital have been increasing their holding so not convinced price has been held back. MNZ have been reticent in letting us know impact of Covid on their operations in terms of revenues and liquidity. However l took comfort from the share buyback agreed at the AGM re liquidity issues. Still no clearer on revenue impact. Going forward MNZ will face headwinds with many airlines indicating reduced services for the unforeseeable future which will impact future revenues. On the plus side opportunities exist to improve revenues as market consolidates, e.g. the demise of Swissport. For me MNZ is currently rerating, how far is the question! Getting back to pre Covid levels may take years IMV but could be quicker if they grasp the available oppertunities. An update would be nice regarding the current situation and future strategy would be welcome. GLA
