Up tend to agree that the II reduction increased the tradeable shares available and is likely to have depressed SP in last month or so, against what it could have been based on supply and demand principles! Now we have at least 50% more PI's some of which is hot money, when they move on at some point the SP will stabilise, probably lower based on the numbers that transpire longer term for ODX. I said sometime ago that Covid has merely brought forward where ODX was going anyway. Growth in POC diagnostics will be significant in the coming years and ODX will be at the forefront which may entice other II's back in as a longer term play which it is. The Abington site says they will run approval in tandem with design. They are indicating very close to having it perfected imv based on what they have tested so far.

Some other newer posters have realised the ODX is a longer term play as they grasp the significance of pillar 5 in Govt strategy. When the stewards inquiry happens, one of the lessons learned will be you that need a resilant testing infrastrucure, to allow you to have options for dealing with any future event. This is where ODX and RTC fit in. Also people forget ODX has other lucrative strings to it bow, CD4 and food intolerance (China could be our biggest customers!) For those holders, they view further value long term,post Covid, in ODX to be had. JMO GLA

Agree its a long term one. My fears about liquidity have been mitigated by the share buyback announced recently so assuming rightly or wrongly cash not an issue! I purchased a small amount a few weeks ago to average down my holding (should say decimated holding!) and considering more but would really like an update re operational impact and strategy going forward before I commit anymore. Reasonably optimistic but a tadge wary!

MNZ recovery maybe prolonged. The low cost carriers are reducing flights and do not expect a return to previous levels for several years! Not good news for MNZ as most of their business relies on flight numbers! On the plus side this is likely to provide opportunities within the sector for growth and expansion as competitors fail/withdraw. I get the feeling that something is up with the Mithaq interest being built as a possible indicator, who knows MNZ have been very quiet recently re business impact.

Agree lots of positives, cash , order book and margin. Hopefully the turnaround complete. All looks good and hopefully the SP rises as the current valuation is way to low!

Its also worth remembering under pillar 5 to build a diagnostic sector in UK. The UK and many other countries have been badly impacted by the lack of having testing capacity. Second thing is open and closed systems. The Uk wants open whilst both Roche and Abbott are closed you need their kit and reagents so inflexible and costly in open market. A bit off topic but I think very relevant to ODX future. GLA

There is less than a 50% chance a vaccine will be developed by Sept and even then it must be trialled and approved this takes time. The timeline is that for the Oxford university one. It was also pointed out that we have not been able to create vaccines for Sars, Hiv etc the only one that has been managed in the last few decades is smallpox! This has all been discussed before many times by the Oxford Prof leading it. News is required to move Sp one way or other the rest is noise. GLA

The 5 pillars strategy clearly states the requirement for both lab and POC testing as does their specification documents. It all quite clear what the objectives are and where ODX sit!.

I find the Mithaq buying a stake very intriguing and wonder what is the rationale behind it is! The current environment poses many challanges for avaiation ground service providers and many may not survive a prolonged reduction in activities which is increasingly likely. That said it does present opportunities for the brave, with consolidation in the sector highly probable. Conv mentioned previously Swissport are in difficulty so options there and no doubt others in same boat. MNZS have been very tight lipped re current impact on business which has worried me however the agreed buyback has provided me with reassurance re liquidity. So all very interesting as to what is going on! GLA

Lucky look at the 5 pillars document if you have not done so already, it covers many of the points in the US doc you posted. For TTI to work large volumes of antigen and antibodies testing will be required. ODX USP will be accuracy and ease of use which they have a track record for delivering.

The govt doc published 8/4 if ODX included it would be price sensitive. RNS with ODX issued 9/4.

HPE Rejected

The reality is nobody knows yet if meets criteria or not. There is no evidence as we have not had the PHE view. I very much doubt anyone on this board has the technical expertise to decipher the paper discussed earlier. Clowns who come on here rubbishing organisations who are working flat out to help society are despicable IMV. Very selfish people, Mologic is a very reputable organisation.

Mologic website states test 98% sensitivity and 96% specificity. Why would they submit after independant verification if test does not meet criteria. We wil find out soon enough.

It's not possible to significantly reduce lock down measures until TTT (track.trace.test) infrastructure in place, including testing antigen and antibodies available in large numbers. These need to be easy to use and accurate. Early June at best, scientists in charge for time being and they decide on evidence at hand. There will start to be tensions between Govt and scientists due to economic impacts but we not there yet quite rightly so far but pressure will build in coming weeks!

Stef not sure I would take the same pessimistic view, plenty of companies will survive the forthcoming recession and some will benefit. TST have worked hard in recent years to refocus the business and we will see when results produced in full the turnaround. Covid will undoubtedly impact but they have a strong order book which will hopefully see them over the spring/ summer but it will impact getting new contracts, by how much we will see. TST have many customers who are in essential services so income from these should be ok. Anyway you maybe correct however for the present I remain positive TST will survive and prosper
