Alfa - while obviously a sell going through at below the MM offering prices is very dodgy, does it automatically become a clear cut case of market manipulation that the FCA can easily investigate and punish? To put it in oversimplified terms, if I have an asset I want to sell, I am entitled to sell it at whatever price I choose, surely? Although it would make little sense in selling it for less than I could do through easier means. What the FCA would need is evidence that this is selling between connected parties to manipulate the price, is the paper trail there for them to do this?
