Yeah I agree, they invest with companies of top tier management so it doesn't need to be micro managed - brilliant, agree with that, they need to focus on BMN. I was more going at it with regards to them needing to have 10% to retain the "right" of having a member on board of which they're currently 1.29% short, this assuming IES haven't diluted (I don't keep watch on that side of it). If they don't hold 10% in or around 1st April, 2021.. they no longer have that right to nominate a board member.
Seems a strange window to add to the bushy towers if they have no intention of opening it, so I'm of the belief they will get to 10% in the next ~10 months which isn't a bad thing... neither is it, if they don't get to 10%.
