If as someone has said, they're limited to 10%, I still wouldn't be too hopeful of it passing. If they double it, they'd have a very good chance. Probably be somewhere in between - I hope!

I've stuck a bet on labour most seats as an outside bet. Very unlikely labour will get in. Young voters have a very real chance of it happening though as they get suckered in by higher taxes with freebies which could ultimately be mainstay.
