I believe we should get an RNS either today, Tuesday or maybe Wednesday to extend the Maturity date if no further progress has been made with regards to relisting. Purely as it'll be 28 days over the maturity date to extend the CLNs which were dated 31st July.

I see LSE hasn't improved since I was last on it... Dear me.

BMN own 84% of a company which will be comparable to Invinity at some point...Food for thought.

But to simply say BMN is not a goer because FAR will be cheaper... "when they get into production"... I mean, I don't meant to be blunt, but I personally wouldn't invest in a company that had no significant material to sell if you could invest in BMN who have significant product to sell.

For me, just push the deal through. Keep it unlisted pending outcome of case (forgone conclusion) and be done with it. If parties were interested previously, hopefully still interested now. No reason why not.

You'd have thought due diligence would've uncovered anything questionable.

Seems illogical it could be missed, hence why BMN in the the RNS refute it by saying "VRFB intends to robustly defend the claims".

Never straight forward

Look at the difference in Value since Bushvelds tweet saying they're working towards closing the gap. It's gotten bigger. Sentiment isn't great at all, but it's another opportunity.

If you want to ignore all assets, that's fine buddy. Craic on with your agenda.
