Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Salmon Slacks has destroyed the company and has enjoyed a great lifestyle at the expense of shareholders. Transformational? National importance? Monetisation? All of his projects are just a side show to keep the 'working capital' trough open for his snout. Fiduciary duty of a Director. What a joke!
Salmon slacks destroys share holder value. The share price reflects his leadership qualities. It will be a continuous slide back down to pre consolidation levels within 12 months. Then he will just repeat. Need to get rid of him but sadly he will continue to draw down his generous salary until he retires when he will turn the lights off as he walks away and flies to his holiday apartment in the sun.
You are dead right Anselmo.
Sanderscam will now proceed to dilute with billions more shares to keep the 'working capital' in the trough. He will dress it up in time honoured fashion but will ensure his snout and sycophants chomp through the monthly truffle selection. He has destroyed the company and should be held to account.
I agree. The dilutions to raise 'working capital' is just a means to keep Salmon Slacks receiving his undeserved and generous salary. He has destroyed the company. I am using the term company loosely. Parcel of crap!
The Directors therefore seek specific shareholder approval for authority to undertake the necessary capital reorganisation, issue shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights in respect of those shares in order that the Company can raise money for its working capital obligations.
Working Capital Obligations: Salmon Slacks' and his sycophants undeserved remuneration. They have destroyed the value of the company and simply want to extend their truffle eating life-style.
If that is true then that is sad.
I cannot believe how bad a CEO salmon slacks has been. He has destroyed the company while chomping through hundreds of thousands of working capital in salary for years. A lifestyle company for sure. Hopefully, his card is marked and he wont be touched with a barge pole!
Have a look at the charts. Salmon Slacks has destroyed UDOG.
You can't polish a turd.
Wrote off my investment here years ago.
Can't believe Scamderson is still here eating the Working Capital daily.
The Placing's proceeds will also provide the Company with a further source of general working capital. Another project that ensures Salmon Slacks continues his life style. He has destroyed UDOG. Complete joker.
All hot air from George. The important bit of the RNS is ;
The proceeds from the Placing will also be used for general working capital purposes.
Have to keep the truffles in the trough.
Shareholder value? A bit like that other dog of a share UKOG.
Bottom drawer for another couple of years.
imho: in my humble opinion

Pilot Gold Processing Plant
The Company's bespoke pilot gold processing plant has been operational since 20 January 2021. Initially, ore stockpiles from prior periods of exploration are being utilised to test and refine the operation of the plant. The stockpile from the Sep/Oct 2020 bulk sampling will be processed progressively through Q1 2021.
Following completion of the processing exercise, concentrate samples will be sent to an accredited laboratory for assaying. No results will be available until those assay results have been received and analysed.
Pilot Processing Plant
Final minor adjustments and tests are being carried out in respect of the Company's pilot gold processing plant, and the Company accordingly expects to be able to commence processing the ~36 tonne bulk sample collected in September-October 2020 in the week commencing 11 January 2021.
A small amount of bulk sample material was sent by the Company to an independent laboratory for bench-scale testing, in order to validate the process flowsheet which has been designed by the Company for ore having the particular characteristics of Clogau ore. The Company is pleased to report that the bench-scale testing was successful. In particular:
· good gold recoveries were achieved, with 78.06% of the total gold content being captured in the Gravity concentrate plus Concentrate 1 of the Gravity tailings fractions; and
· a gold concentrate was produced, grading 20.7 grams per tonne.
The Company is pleased to confirm, therefore, that the independent bench-scale testwork undertaken has confirmed that a gold concentrate can be produced from the bulk sample with good recoveries of gold to concentrate.
RNS 8th January
Processing of the bulk sample at the Company's pilot processing plant is expected to be ongoing throughout much of Q1 2021. The Company does not expect to be in a position to release results until all processing has been completed and the results have been verified.

In order that the HH-2 Portland well can be drilled, the current plan envisages that once HH-1 Portland test production exceeds 25,000 bbl, production will be switched back to the Kimmeridge oil pool.
Horse Hill 2018-19 EWT Oil Production Milestones:
· Over 20,500 bbl total Portland production to date, flow continues.
"The Portland test programme continues to exceed our technical expectations with dry oil production now exceeding 20,500 bbl. Our overall testing costs have also been significantly offset by the associated sales revenues. Moving forwards, we now expect to exceed 25,000 bbl Portland test production before the HH-1 test is switched back to the Kimmeridge to facilitate the drilling of HH-2.
The Horse Hill oil field and its associated significant future cash flow stream is of paramount importance to UKOG and will, therefore, continue to be the Company's prime short-term focus. In this respect, we remain on track to commence drilling HH-2 as previously reported."
The 25,000 barrels from Portland must be close to being exceeded! News imminent. GLALTH
I have had HAWK shares for a number of years and its sad to see the demise. My shares are held through Halifax. I have just used their on-line chat facility to give my instructions to agree to all four resolutions. It only takes a couple of minutes.
