how does rag have good things to say?

he thinks the strategy is wrong but still holds the shares - makes no sense

he hasn't even read the RNS and he can't make head or tail of the investor presentation - too busy trying to figure out what tone of patone yellow they used - melon!

2 - no not for the lion's share of it's revenue. It's mostly wholesale and marketplace ie commission and also integrity (which is a different animal)
3 - I said this to you on the day and said make up is fine that way as it doesn't "perish" like a trend of clothing but we have been discussing clothes
4 - ok i'll type it out for you word for word "it will also be a marketplace for third party brands, benefiting from debs traffic. This means that debs.com acts as shop window for brands to sell their product and tap into customer base. boohoo group will take a commission share from brands who list their product on the site but it is not responsible for the fufilment of teh order, customer services or subsequent retruns.

"as such this is a low risk way for the group to extend the brands the customer connects with with minimal capital with minimal capital investment"

You'll also note rag on the side of slide 4 it says "brands control products offered. no inventory risk for the group" & "capital light operating model"

He's tell you for anything (except makeup which i said on teh day and was in teh RNS) we are not buying any third party items! NONE

SLIDE 7 - as well this shows fashion sitting above "own brand and third party market place" as its not going to be third party wholesale (or reseller as i call)

You'd get a lot higher with us and boo will sort out the return. Also in the concept of a marketplace is that a customer can get everything they ever dreamed of in one place. If that's true (which we are betting we can do) them no one would ever even get to JD. same idea with supermarkets and why there is no butcher, baker or candlestick maker stores as the customer got all he needed from the tesco marketplace. So JD becomes irrelevant (in theory)

@bruce - you're right but no brands will work with debenhams (rag said so) - this is a major issue!
