And that’s before you assume any revenue synergies. Additionally all this going through a scalable platform means the cost base will fix so the EBITDA % you have quoted should be conservative (assuming GM% stays flat which is the worry atm)

But operationally this is the end game I was saying all along a scalable platform business model means we should be able to add in brands almost with 0 cost so all GM is profit! This is why you get such a high p/e rating

Further more being and remaining a pure online business means we should be able to grow and engage with customers but extract all that data to further feed the sales engine

@slipperz not necessarily. They get margin called as when you short you have in effect sold someone else's shares. So funds themselves will have a broker and that broker will be in effect aiding leverage. If the loss looks too big same as you and I they can be forced to close the trade. Or actual investors in the fund might not like what they are seeing and also try to pull funds which would force the trade to close (this is what is happening to michal burry in big short where the oldish dude wants his chedder back. Mike's sat on a loss. He wants to wait it out but the old dude wanting to pull the cash out before it turns good)

There was a price I think in Bloomberg or the like about how Tesla and other ESG companies were “too expensive” and how investors were now buying loss-making micro chip and battery producers as cheaper way to play the story.

It’s madness how Glencore isn’t double the price. We are seen as none ESG as though the copper Tesla and like use just falls from the sky! Ha well fine by me as I’ll keep loading up

My main holding is around £1.60 and I’ve bought more on the fall back today. As soon as the US gets stimulus sorted we are back at £2.80. I think the divi will come back in Feb and then I see £3 especially if we are near the pre covid level

Since then we have also signed off on another warehouse and have stated we will open in EU (due to brexit) and likely USA (is being looked into)
