Garronne. Most investors on AIM lose money. The share price spread on AIM is very high, so unless you are an expert, if you are buying in & out you are almost certain to lose money. Always take into account dealing costs when investing. O.K. so no stamp duty on AIM but very large spreads. On the main market smaller spread, but stamp duty. I would put your money in a bank if I were you. You say it is all about timing, so why did you get your timing so hopelessly wrong today. Cats on a hot tin roof, don't make good investment decisions. Good luck though, you clearly need it.
