A crazy day today for the vod sp. Relieved it closed up, but only just after hitting over 1.20, but then falling sharply. Still, up is up, so I am not complaining. It would be great if we can hit 1.20 again & then stay above that.

Same as heat pumps, electrics cars. etc. Just wait until all the sheep have put all their money into it, then it might work o.k. . Vodafone used to set an interim divi at half the final divi, but lately they have both been the same. booboo. Why do you need to use A.I. for the div policy, it was announced by Vodafone a long time ago. Just try using real intelligence. Surely you can manage that? Fleccy. I have 320.732 vod shares. So at my wild guess (1.20). of what I paid for them I am down about £19.000 Excluding div's. I have been buying a lot of vod shares in the last 2+ years from 68p upwards. So I am happy because before that I was probably down about £160.000. As I have said many times vod has been a disaster for me in the past, but it could turn. I am not interested in braking even, I can afford to lose, so 1.20+ here we go. I could bang on about how much I have made on other investments in the past, but seeing as this is the vodafone forum why would I?

Sotonspike. I have been a vod shareholder for so long I don't really know what my break even is. It is very complex with verizon & many other factors. At a wild guess excluding divi's, about 1.20. I never bought though to break even, so I will only sell if I think the time is right, or I want to spend the money. I am happy with the divi at the moment as I have most shares in I.S.A.s so pay no divi tax.

Roofer. You seem to be fascinated by all this A.I. I am bored by it already. It's all a bit fake!?. It's coming of course, but is it good or bad, we have to wait & see. Good luck to real Intelligence though in the meanwhile. As long as real intelligence fully controls the artificial intelligence we will be ok. If not though we will be in big trouble.

I will go same again 1.17 please roofer. I bit of a retrace lately, but I think the buy backs are still working. Vod are buying back shares because they think, as many do, they are undervalued. If they are right, then the sp will start to rise again. 1.20+ is not far away I reckon.

Tars. Based on Narcus getting 7 recommends for his post, I think we should assume this forum is full of miserable people. Some just thrive on it, very sad. Narcus is a vod/ex vod employee, who has never stopped moaning. Reminds me of the infamous moaning Mikey,(also an ex vod employee) if anybody remembers him. It would be nice if we could go back to the real world, as opposed to the artificial , fake world. A.I, works ok, as long as idiots(sorry to use that word) are not brain washed by it. Take bitcoin for example, Each coin is totally worthless, but with the crooked drug running/ money laundering it sells for much more than it is worth. This is all just common sense, & you do not need a 160 I.Q. to work that one out. Can we go back to real intelligence please?
