jackdawsson. Hi. Generally I find your posts very informative, but what I don't get is, why can't a newspaper make financial predictions. That is surely what a newspaper is for. It prints news, or the latest news predictions. I think we all wish we read the said article, & acted on it. but we didn,t. I am losing serious money here, but stop looking for excuses.

As we have a free press they can print what they like. Whether you believe it, or not is up to you? You contradict yourself, when you say, if the divi is cut then they had insider info, but then say if they are wrong then they are giving false info. Perhaps they just don't know, but are guessing based on the info they can get (which is likely to be more than us) That's what newspapers are paid to do. So get over it?! Nobody forced you to buy vod shares. Your decision!

Thanks jack for your post. I probably over reacted to velo's post. I guess I just hate all this talk of algorithms., perhaps I am just a bit long in the tooth. As for knocking me off 2nd place,I think there may have been a stewards inquiry, & objection from velo. Hope you get to no 1 in the charts. I wonder where Nick Read would be if we could really read his mind? Now that would be worth knowing.

I don't know if I am missing something here, but I don't know why you take any of velo's comments seriously. I don't think anybody on this vod forum ever, or at least very rarely, uses any of these words. Sorry again if I am missing something,but I think velo is talking complete nonsense, & not for the 1st time, if my memory serves me well. Ok in his apocalyptic view of the future perhaps??

Char, having contacted Admin a long time ago about Last Call, they said be was breaking the rules & banned him, but as he changes his user name & also his e.mail address to disguise himself, they can't stop him opening up new accounts. But as for you, perhaps you should get out a bit more, down the pub perhaps? It might help. Cheers!
