compound. Nice to here you'r positive about vodafone, A compound interest perhaps, as opposed to my simple interest. But also I have learnt the meaning of a new word, stochastic!? It means, Of or relating to a process involving a randomly determined sequence of observations each of which is considered as a sample of one element from a probability distribution. I don't think I will be trying that word out on my wife tonight though. I could try quantum mechanics instead I suppose?

robleo. Of course if I ran vodafone, it would be very different, I would be very rich,& just stick 2 fingers up to you lot, So consider yourself very lucky. Seriously though, I think now would be a very bad time to sack Nick Read, O.K. if things don't improve then questions might need to be asked? The big question though is, what do we ask him,apart from the obvious. He & his bod are probably doing there best, but looking after number is probably there 1st priority? They are just greedy humans like the rest of us, but probably less greedy & more clever than most of us in my very humble opinion??!! We are all equal, but some more equal than others. robleo. The reason I don't blame the bod is because I don't know what they are doing wrong, (if anything), It is completely pointless blaming anybody unless you now how they can do it better. Do you blame Tui management for there big loss in profits, or do you blame covid. There may be many reasons for vods underperformance that have nothing to do with bad management? Including of course the possibility vod is massively undervalued. So many, are quick to point the blame when things go wrong. Blame the Police for racism, blame the government for everything. Just ask yourself, Can I do a better job? If it's yes , then apply for there job. Chances are though, most would probably do a worse job, including me.

fleccy. Bye the way, I agree there may be way overpriced stocks like tesla, but please don't compare any of these to bitcoin, which is completely different. Bitcoin are worthless, Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme where you foolishly buy them so as to sell them to a bigger fool at a higher price, Bigger fool theory. The bitcoin market is massively rigged. Tesla of course is not worthless, just way over priced perhaps.

Thank's fleccy for your post. I need explanations, not just Lifted info,which I could find for myself. But of course your post prompted compounds post, which I think we both agreed with. I have been investing in vod for over 20 years, thinking it is undervalued to my dismay! You say the vodafone share price is obviously worth more than the current price, I agree it is, but I'm not sure it is obvious? I obviously hope you are right & I also trust the vod b.o.d. I am surprised we haven't had the usually daft sack Nick Read comments?!
