i searched like hell to find any scrap of evidence of some arrangement - everything i looked at other than the presentation from couple of years ago had the finance well down the path

i was well against the ADME / MXO fiasco cause of the Asset and operator - they were very stagnant and having a 5% ownership gave ADME zero decision

The Asset is well backed by authorities - only thing i would point out is that albeit 100% ownership with Oracle, the MOU agreements from 2 years ago - ORCP will only retain 12%

Still substantial on an asset like this but the only negative people may not have realised

I'm not in ORCP but if it works out maybe it was ADME's circumstances
so far in ORCP - the Sheikh has a small investment and no concrete deal formalised or real money transacted yet
we will see if he follows through with this but development in ORCP isnt to be completed until 2023 so likely a good year before he has to dig into his own wallet

I'm not in but if finance is secured with the help of the Sheikh (even though i'm sceptical after seeing him in ADME) then this is one hell of a project

i'm watching ORCP but not investing in it
don't know enough of the project - ca't find much in details and getting all the wild claims associated with ramps
i have tried looking at it and still looks like they are quite away from finalising anything there but people claiming the funding will be signed off next week
think there may be some unhappy investors come next week

just don't see this fascination everyone has with PEEL holding so much stock
still no deals so its probably best putting the snooze on this until next year

why do people on here think Peel having nearly 20% is a good thing
They are an MM, not an investor
They would sell the lot for a few quid profit without hesitation

when you see a blue trade, that an investor buying shares from Peel
When you see a red trade, thats an investor selling shares to Peel

As Peel's share count goes up, the SP declines
As Peel's share count reduces, the SP rises

If i were you, i would be hoping for Peel to be offloading shares

Holding because PEEL are is a bit of a weird reason
they are a MM - not an investor
they have shown they sell when market deems it, they currently collect them as they are trying to keep the SP within a range they are happy with

At minute - the SP is low - so there isn't much incentive to sell ADME, but there isn't too much incentive to buy either, AJE NEWS is likely a long way away for real development but the next lift is due early next year and should be the first time some residual cash is received by ADME from the AJE partnership

I had expected some news on a potential investment and fundraising still not fully completed - nearly a month since last update

Getting the same type of posts as was on here back in April and May - very ramptastic

The situation with Peel is simple
If they are holding for a third party this needs to be disclosed to the Market detailing the third party - i can't see PEEL risking their multi million business over whats £500k - £600k of shares
If they are holding as a Market Maker themselves (as seems to be the case with the increase/decrease in holdings) then they just need to do holdings RNS when cross thresholds

i agree with Kentan in regards to there will be minimal movement until the PetroNor deal is concluded - any development relies on that been approved and formalised

i think there was something more in the HH deal
i think he was wanting to get the production at AJE and his investment here was more towards commitment to that but lost out to PetroNor and then walked away from ADME
its the only thing i can think of and timeline fits

got too remember Peel are trading this and largest shareholder controlling the book means they dictate price
when there are sells - they increase their holding
when there are buys - they decrease their holding
still like to know who sold that 600k of shares though

Then i'm still expecting a holdings RNS

a lot will depend on the next uplift early next year
potentially they will be self reliant or very close
still no further information on placing or who made the sells last week (namely that 600k sell) considering it would likely come off someone owning more than 3% of the Shares, unless it was a large Trader under the threshold - mcadder i think said he was just under 3% from memory couple of weeks ago

With Cobre issues / LC delays and issues
The cash generation side of the business is why i originally invested, thinking that decent secure revenue (major cobre contract) would only allow a steady growth, BOD seemed willing to grow at a slow and steady rate and add decent investments - but here we are - i just got to hold and hope that 2020 can be a turnaround year (over 70% down here now)

NO RNS in regards to Warrants so that would be a complete mess up if it was
too big a sell to be Stefan so its either a large PI under 3% holding or we will find out next couple of trading days via RNS
If its Zark / Mrs Anani then i would be worried

But who sold them shares last few days, the 600k sell is 1% so possibly a holdings rns soon
