There is a lot of decent share buys and sells last few days - i'm surprised not to see a TR1 from another party
there does seem to be more than the normal investor trades going through

dunno, usually most people buy as a value (e.g £2,000 less a £10 trade fee) and can easily be spotted - i know i do
it takes a different type of investor to sell / buy in rounded chunks
there seems to be a good mix of both buy and sells that fit into both categories

Peel would have to sell to another MM and then Buy Back from them to make that happen
seems a little weird though that there is just a glut of sells one day and then a glut of buys the next

2 trades at 11.33 + 11.41
means Peel have now only increased holding by 132,500 shares at a cost of c£4,500 (avg3.4p)
also the change in price (4.5/4.6) to (4.6/4.8) has increased by c0.15p yet still more sells

this shows how Peel can control this and make money
1m shares sold took it from 4.5 to 4.2
under 720k shares bought and back to 4.6
280k shares that have been added to Peel shareholding at a cost of around £11.5k
Thats an average of 4.1p (currently worth £12,880) assuming no further increase in SP
a tidy profit of £1,380 just on margin

i think most would feel its under-priced right now - but that's not unexpected

i think there average will be a lot lower than 6p
they have had months and they control the price at probably just above their average.
there was a lot of buys at 14p-15p on the day before news of Sheikh sold where the profit would of been 40%+ and we know from the holdings the first day -there number of shares went down by 6m - see RNS Aug 27th from transactions only on 22nd August

none of us really know Peel's method
i still think they took a gamble on Sheikhs shares at 10p when they were 16p
the delayed RNS for a day allowed for them to do well, there average after making profits on day to day trading is reducing all the time

but because of the completion of the Zark placing, their percentage has decreased

Broker was mentioned on original RNS 2nd January -
The thing when you get an RNS like that with Funding Agreed - its difficult to do a lot of due-dilligence into a Broker - QIA are easily looked into - there are a $300billion+ in Assets managed
when you go through Broker Site now knowing they are linked to a scam - you can see some things that would make you think twice - like there is no actual individuals named anywhere (like they don't want to be known) and their presentation could be produced in 10 minutes by anyone with a pc - downloading a few random pictures from the internet
looks really unprofessional when you delve into it

They would be bothered if someone was fraudulently producing loan agreements in there name
they have a reputation to keep themselves
we don't know the full 'whats gone on' but gut feel is that no funding was agreed - or certainly not to an extent where it could be released to a stock market as it been agreed
going to be interesting to see what is the story here

LEKOIL have lost £600k cash to Seawave - could of been a lot more
sounds like Directors were too blinded on how good the deal was to check out its validity
When LEKOIL opens - i think it will hit a record low - i feel sorry for investors and hope FCA investigations get any lost monies back as once again it will be honest folk who lose out - if you think its too good to be true or see posts on any share with a lot of ramping on where the SP will be next week quoting multiples, always be scepticle, always research - and if it sounds too good to be true - it probably is

It was ZARK who had issues completing the transaction and not Mrs Anani who was holding things up
At least its completed here - now its a waiting game for uplifts / Panoro Takeover / Phase 2 development to see where this goes

basically there is just Peel buying and selling as an MM here

Wife still hasn't concluded her investment - no update since mid November on this

It is as simple as that with PEEL (IMHO) - they took a gamble on Sheikhs shares at 10p but their average will be a lot lower - they have rinsed a few huge volume days, i actually think their current 20% ownership has now cost less than a couple of hundred grand (i can guarantee when they sell to market under 5p they are making good money)

thats a decent update from ORCP without having to issue a formal RNS
for all my doubts on the Sheikh, the BOD and the Chinese are been excellent in the background in the last few months

Due Q1 but looking at when the lifts are happening i expect it done this month
we don't have the exact position of the debt within the partnership but as i understand it, they expect enough surplus profit from this lift to be able to clear the debt and start paying in effect a dividend to the equity partners from the profits

still don't understand how people don't realise that TKGM (Project Company) is completely separate to KEFI MINERALS and we can't pull monies from that company to fund KEFI MINERALS costs and other projects other than whats agreed within the costs owed to KEFI etc - KEFI can't just pull $2m from the funding.
