Hard to tell with a questionmark over whether the dividend will be cut. I think that this is already priced into the SP. Is it possible that a dividend cut would actually result in a SP rise? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Overall, the RNS is good, and it is only licensing concerns and slight operational difficulties that have delayed further testing. Reserves look to be bigger than anticipated. GOOD NEWS!

As for Legal Action, it would be a waste of time and money, as the Administrators will syphon off whatever is left. Afren now in the hands of the next bunch of licenced crooks. Appalling.

ajm I agree with you, it's the spread that really matters! It is illogical and only becomes a problem with the likes of Microsoft where the SP is $45.26 per share! I think that the reason for the split is that shares such as Fidelity are often bought by new investors and they mistakenly believe that if they get MORE shares, they are doing better. On that basis they should be buying crap AIM shares or the likes of Afren, poor fools. Only reason that I posted the remark was that I could not believe that a Fidelity share could lose 80% and I wanted to save others from having to research the Fidelity website.
