Will the Directors11 Feb 2015 17:19
call in the receivers?
Or will they hope that Brent will recover to the point where Athena breaks even or possibly starts to make a small profit?
Either way, there is still a pretty high rate of cash burn, and as I am no longer a Shareholder, I no longer have a right to view/inspect the Directors' Contracts at the Registered Office.
I would guess that they are subject to a six month notice period and as these are treated as wages, in the event of a liquidation, these payments would rank very high on the priority list, together with other staff salaries. On that basis, I think that the future is very short-lived, but that is only my opinion.
The direction of the Share Price is a much better indication of the future of the Company, IMO DYOR
