Someone trying to push the price down.
I did a 5,000 buy and it looks like a couple of others have followed suit.

Further to the announcement on 23 January 2020, Emirates NBD Bank (PJSC) ("ENBD") announces the completion of the accelerated bookbuild offering (the "Placing") which has resulted in the sale of 2,163,850 existing ordinary shares (the "Shares") in NMC Health PLC (the "Company") (representing c.1.04% of the issued share capital of the Company) at a price of GBP12.50 per Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately GBP 27,048,125 million.

Seems a lot for 1% of the company.

Hurricane pales against TXP Touchstone with its massive find and about to quadruple production and £42 million MCap, or RockRose sitting on a massive cash pile and 20,000 barrels per day.
I continue to follow my Tangiers shares now they are 88 Energy and hardly worth bothering to sell.

Which means that the share price will be held back until they are out, imho.

Once the results of Cascadura are revealed however, I think that the weight of money from PI's will mop up any residual shares and then we can continue our merry way past 30 pence and beyond.

The other big potential boost will be for someone like BP or Shell to step in and buy their holding, now that would be a good signal to the market, and I'm not convinced that we will have to wait very long for something like this to happen.

The cash amount involved is small change for someone like Shell.

If this happens I can see a rapid jump North of 40 pence, which would be transformational for many of us!

Today can only be seen as an excellent opportunity to get in at an bargain price, I believe that buyers will only have to wait a week or two to see some pretty good upside, but once again may be sitting on their hands in the hope of buying more cheaply.
That's the way that the market works!

I can only see 15 min delayed prices but it looks like a massive number of Bot buys.
Never can tell who's up to what in this game.
Hopefully a move upwards and we will piggy back up on it.

I think that the two discoveries have brought about a complete review of what is happening here.
Paul has said numerous times that this is a game-changer.
They will be working on a Field Development Plan, which is far larger than anticipated.
The problem is, that until we have drilled the other two much larger prospects, they can't fully comprehend the infrastructure required!
My sentiment is that they will put in the Coho 1 link asap, as this is a known known,
As for Cascadura, I think that we are looking at the potential for a new processing facility for both the oil and the gas, or maybe tie in to the Carpal Ridge facility, but it looks like that is too small.
That is precisely why I think that we must be in an intense dialogue with Shell over a potential farm-in, as the potential capital investment may become bigger than we can cope with.
It's a lovely problem to have! And it's only going to get bigger!

As one of the largest producers in Trinidad, with control of much of the infrastructure, we must be in an intensive dialogue over how best to process the gas and fluids.
They have over 450 employees in Trinidad, although their profitability there has been slipping.
I have put quite a lot of cash into TXP and part of my rationale is that there must surely be a deal in the offing with Shell.
I am surprised that they haven't taken a position already. Having said that, they wouldn't want to boost the SP unnecessarily.
Even if they were to take us out at £100 million, based on indicative potential flows, it would pay for itself in a couple of years.
I think that we are worth far more than that, but time will tell.

I was doing a bit of research on Shell in Trinidad.
I came across a publication showing their history.

If you scroll down to page 47 you will see that they used to have control of the Ortoire block.
They must be spitting feathers that they missed our finds.

Although we are a very small MCap, a lot of the shares are in institutional hands.

I can sell 10,000 easy peasy.

My money is on 26.5 pence.
I think that we should see another 10% today, although if we gather momentum and get up the risers board we may do better.
Any thoughts?

Now that we are hitting the risers board on both sides of the pond, we are gaining lots of attention.
I think that we will see steady progress as we move towards the (hopefully) massive resuts for the bottom interval at Cascadura.
Let's not forget that the results we are waiting for are for the bottom interval on the drill, which is thought to be the smallest pay zone.
When Paul said that this is transformational, he wasn't exaggerating.
I'm glad that the market is beginning to listen.

Yesterday I placed a couple of limit sell orders, expiring close of business.
One was 50,000 at 25p, the other 50,000 at 30p, thinking that they would never trigger.
Thankfully they expired.
Now that we are beginning to motor, I did a quick estimate of future earning potential and very quickly revised my target.
I can see no reason that we shouldn't be heading for 50 pence by the end of the year, and that is without the two drills for the two much bigger prospects that we have planned!

Nice to see a 10 percent day.
The message is getting through at last.

Test results end first week in February.

Canadians aren't bothered about Martin Luther King, that's the USA.
TXP share price unmoved, looks like they has already factored in the excellent news last week, eh?

Hopefully Paul will have some free time to do a couple of interviews.
He must be astonished that such exciting news is treated with derision by the market.
Longer term however, the income will prove the facts. Even then, if you look at the likes of RRE, the market can ignore the value of income streams, which is equally baffling.

I appreciate that it is purely speculation at this point, until we have more accurate test results from both Coho 1 and Cascadura.
However, there is nothing wrong with a bit of conjecture.
With results that we do have, it appears that both Coho and Cas are each going to match our current production, and a simple extrapolation would suggest that the high pressures encountered would be backed up by large reserves.
Here's hoping.
Share price is ludicrously unresponsive.

I think Cascadura is close to one of the green pipelines.
It is normal to line up wayleaves agreements prior to drilling.
