If you are referring to MB then yes, we had a good chat this morning.
He is of like mind, but not interested in selling until we hit £50 per share, but might sell a chunk at that level. Projections of £70 within 2 years here.
It may seem to be pie in the sky, but a quick return to £20 is well within reality, especially once Brent is North of $40.

My take is that this is a slight retrace but we should move back towards £8 into the close.

For the first time in ages, I can get an instant quote to sell 5,000 but not 10,000.
Shorts definitely closing, onwards and upwards from here, we will really motor if there is a deal done by OPEC.

The disappointing announcement for me was that Centrica has deferred the sale of Spirit Energy, now that would have been the ideal buy for us, and would have incurred a bit of debt, but 100,000 boepd.
Perhaps AA was nailing them down too hard, but they have said they will sell it, and there are very few potential buyers.
If it's for us, it won't go by us.

Ships****, I think that it would be extremely unusual for the qualifying date for any second tranche to be the same as the first.
Are you suggesting that the holders as at that date and sold at the peak will now get an additional 25 pence, having sold?
No, my inference is that the qualifying date will be announced next Monday, when the Report & Accounts are published.
My guess is that the qualifying date will be next Friday, which may give the shares a bit of a lift in the short term and a subsequent ex-div drop.

None of us knows why Colin Percival left, but my inference (which may be totally wrong) is that there isn't much appetite for development of the Perth Hub and he decided to go where there might be a bit more action.
TC is a star imho, but there is precious little cash around for speculative drilling, nor is there much potential profit at these oil prices.
In everyone's best interests Tom, please take the cash, and take a seat on the Board of RRE, where you will have much more fun.

What we have to remember, is that next year they should look very different, and even more spectacular the following year.
I know that a lot can change in that time, but as far as TXP is concerned, it will only be in the right direction.
This share is for solid long-term growth, not for day-traders.
Depending on what the world does, I think that we still have a good chance of hitting £1 by the end of the year, assuming that one of the two drills is successful.

Alfa, that is true, but if you look at the Italian stats, the average age is 80.5 years for the victims, so there is without a doubt a greater threat to us oldies. The programme is well worth a listen.
On a more important note, it looks like we are on the next leg up, a close at £7.50 would be lovely.
