Covid 19 and the current oil price haven't helped us at all.
Nor has the fact that North Slope is effectively a duster.
Even if we had hit good volumes, the cost of getting it out of the ground in the current market is unviable and it would be nigh on impossible to finance.
As for the share price, and the state of the oil market, I cannot imagine that anyone would want to invest in a placing.
Looks to me like 88E is now like SXX Sirius, but without anyone wishing to rescue the company.
Game over imho, and to suggest otherwise would be misleading.
Sorry to everyone that has been beguiled into 88E, but the golden rule with AIM shares is to never invest more than you can afford to lose.
It is up to you to decide whether the Board made full disclosure at all times.

I don't know much about Pharma Companies other than AZN, but Gilead has been all over the news this morning with their anti-viral drug success.
Although it is a massive company, the price/earnings is only 17.4 compared with AZN at 90.
If you look at what other pharmas like NCYT have done in the last few weeks, what do you guys think the prospects of a big jump for Gilead are?
To me, it could be pretty big, although with an existing income of £5.16 Billion the impact could be less, and the Chinese have copied the drug, but it must surely be worth a look?

Obvs I cannot state live prices, but in 15 minutes' time I can see £9.30 to sell.
Only a guess, of course..

Now that we have confirmation that the u/t is £9.28, MTSparky snuck up on the rails to snatch it from LEXION, with Ammu123 in third place.
Well done all runners, an exciting race today, and now we have confirmation of the dividend if AA votes yes, an exciting remainder of the month ahead.

And it's neck and neck between Torham and Ammu123 but looking good for LEXION and MTSparky, but Rookie1 and OilMan1984 are still in the running.
It's a long shot, but 1750Mk1 is still hanging in there, but we think that this race is merely a warm-up for him to get a bit of form on the books, but we are sure that he will win races later in the season. He did after all have a number of wins in the past, and it is only a matter of time until he is back in the Winner's Enclosure.

I am in the lead at the moment, but expect to be passed by a number of horses in the next few hours.
I think that Alfa 1750 is ambitious, but one day.............

RRE was North of £20 in January and should continue to improve over the next couple of years - time will tell.
£9 per share to buy now, best to get buying before you miss the boat.
£50 may be optimistic, but look at how the SP has performed since inception.

I am sure that it is an interesting discussion, as to how to value the company.
If AA is the man that I think he is, he will have produced a number of pro-forma valuations, and a number of spreadsheets showing the direction of the incomes and SP projections.
I know that these are extremely strong, as I know the chap very well that has produced them for him in the past.
He is a real whizz, as a number of you know him from other companies where we worked together.
What I can tell you is that he isn't selling a single one until we hit £50 per share, which is projected as being within the next two years.
