55018, in their last RNS they stated that they held 15,846,250 shares which is 8.64% of the 183,489,395 shares in issue.
If they drop below 8% they will have to release a TR1.
8% is 14,679,152 shares.
Therefore they would have to sell more than 1,167,098 shares to cross the threshold.
That sort of volume can only be sold into the market when there is substantial interest following a bit of good news.
That's what holds the SP back when we get great news and they sell into it.
Chances are that they will continue to sell when we get the Cascadura reserves RNS in the next week or two.
Let's hope that the reserves are sufficient to make a quantum leap in the Net Asset Value per share, making us so ludicrously undervalued that the SP cannot be held back by selling.
Let's hope that we hit King Ghidorah with the Chinook drill. That's currently the biggest monster, apparently.
King Ghidorah is 150 metres tall with a 175 metre wingspan and weighs 70,000 tons. Puny in comparison.
