Raising funds is never popular, and BoDs hate doing as much as the shareholders.
Let's not forget that the BoD have substantial shareholdings themselves and would not do it lightly.
I for one have worked with Peter and know him to be extremely capable and always has the best interests of shareholders at heart, as well as his own.
In the longer term I am sure that this will prove to be the right decision.

It is well worth giving L2 a try - you can sign up for a month, you don't have to go for the year. If you click on L2 it will take you to the 'pay us' screen and you can click the button to pay monthly. I went for the top level, but not sure that the professional news is worth it.

The real orders don't really arrive until 2 minutes before open so I think that it will romp up a bit from there.

I find it puzzling that BPC is worth £67 million, with the hope that we may find oil, and Touchstone TXP is only worth £92 million, when it has hit gas and oil that is going to produce in excess of £50 million per annum income stream.
I suppose that it is better to travel in hope than to arrive, but it doesn't make any more sense than RRE Rockrose being worth £12 per share, when there is £20 per share cash sitting in the bank.
Ah well, the market knows best.

Now that is something that will never happen, £1 SP for TXP is something that certainly will!

We become a £100 million pounds company.
I believe that this is a bottom threshold as a parameter for some Institutions and Funds.
If we get a wave of Institutional interest and buying activity, things may really begin to warm up.
My feeling is that the value of Cascadura is £250 million or more, and adding this to our reserves will have a massive impact on our investability and will broaden our appeal as a share to a large number of investors.
Time will tell. Time also to try to get a bit of sleep, it won't be easy.
I don't think that I have had as much difficulty in sleeping since I was nearly 17 and couldn't wait to get behind the wheel of a car.
