FIL are already out, where do you think JD's 18% came from?

I think the fact they were willing to pay 75p on a pre arranged deal on Monday, when the SP had been more like 30p the last few months puts people on takeover watch.

JD paid 70p and 75p on Monday, what makes you think 55p is there limit? Oh and I don’t see the family selling out at 55p.

I’m not sure the wider market realises what’s going on yet, maybe they will when the next couple of tr1’s drop.

I would guess yesterday’s 19.5m was all from ii’s, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t been buying on the open market since then...Peel have been filling ;)

If JD are to get there target 29.9% the ii holdings are likely to drop to near 0.

19.5m shares bought by JD alone yesterday, I think FIL are fully out.

Yes it could be them Peel have been filling an order for.

The family still hold 60%+ so unless they break ranks JD are nowhere near being the largest single block.

What makes you think they have 3% left? That doesnt add up.
