JD stated there intentions, I don't expect we we hear off them every time they buy.

We will get a holdings RNS at some point, but they are not immediate.

That's not a holdings RNS, that's them acknowledging the purchase, they had no choice but to release that due to market speculation.

The holdings RNS will follow, possible one RNS covering all 3 buys today...assuming they were all JD.

Foot have not yet issued any holding RNS's regarding JD, though JD have confirmed the first purchase.

In the past Foot have been slow with the holdings RNS's possibly through no fault of there own.

In that case I apologise I was sure it was the highest paid by that person.

Looks like we are waiting until August for a takeover then ;)

Highest price paid by JD is probably 75p assuming that was there buy. I stand by my comment, it that was them and they went on to bid, currently they would have to bid 75p not the £2+ that has been paid by others.

I think the takeover rules are highest price that person/company has paid in the last 12months, so probably today’s 75p at the moment.

If Sports direct get involved it would be great! What if they paid the 75p...

JD could be buying to stop Sports Direct getting an easy foothold into there market.

That was the first purchase this morning, they have so far been two more.

Any family selling will leave them vulnerable to a hostile, so I don’t expect that will happen.

After paying 75p JD will want to be at there target pretty quickly. I expect we will see another large trade later today, then it’s sit back and watch the fun time as the lack of free float effect kicks in!
