If the original trial had gone to plan, we would probably be in production now. The SP would in all liklyhood be £10+ and we wouldn’t need to be talking about a partner to get Clevegen to full trial...but had that been the case you would not be holding now with an average of less than £1.
As you say we are where we are, and given that I feel a partnership is the best forward.
The tone of the interview is upbeat, and imo it won’t be long until at least one partner is announced. At that point the sp is likely to £1+.
Would you rather a placing or a partner deal? We know one has to happen at some point, I personally think the market will react better to a partner than a share issue.
If as you claim to be a shareholder why not point out part of the reason for the loss? You seem more intent on talking the price down than anything else.
Nit, are you aware JD paid 50p, 70p and 75p this week for a big stake? Are you aware how small our float was before they did that? Are you aware they could be looking to take up to a 29.9% stake? Are you aware what that will do to the free float? If you are please stop kidding yourself that you will be able to buy these at 30p.

No it doesn’t illustrate what you are saying, for a start the JW settlement hold 34%+ do you think it was set up this way for a reason? Second if you don’t think the family we vote as a group I think you are wrong, so imo they have 60%+ as one vote. If JD want to takeover they need to convince them to sell, not saying they cannot but I don’t expect it will be anywhere near these prices. The interesting time will be if JD get to 29.9% the free float will be tiny, then we could really see the SP move on minimal buying!
Confirmation they will not be coming to the market for more money is fantastic news, and should put a few minds at ease. Sounds to me like these partner talks are getting to an advanced stage.
