It's impossible to predict a price this share will reach in the future.
At the moment, we can easily divide the hoped for grades and in ground value with the number of shares in issue and arrive at a figure.
Realistically, none of us know how this will play out. I'm optimistic, of course I am, I wouldn't be here if I wasn't, but let us suppose this is a tier 1 find.
I'm not suggesting for a second it is, but if it is, the following has to be considered. The more we drill, and the more we find, at what point do the BOD say 'that's enough, and we have maximised shareholder value'.
A tier 1 find is a monster that keeps on growing, and the more you drill, the more you find.
The point I'm making if the above is the case, is that GWMO will undoubtedly require many more millions to realise the full potential of this find, and along with huge cash injections comes an increase of shares in issue.
If it really is as big as we hope, then the sums are tens of millions of pounds. And then maybe tens of millions more.
We have, after all, recently increased the size of our claim which is speculative at the moment, but just may, in the end, happen to be a very wise purchase.
I'm not comparing the two, but I bought shares in Solg some 6 years or so ago, when the price was around 1.5p and there were less shares in issue than there are here now.
If you had divided that number of shares in issue with the resources we now know are in the ground, well, I haven't done the maths, but I would think a price of several pounds per share would be the order of the day, maybe more.
I think this is as good as it gets on AIM at the moment given the risk v reward. I don't think it will bomb, but it is possible it won't be quite as good as we hope, but then again, who knows? It's why I'm here.
We'll find out over time, but it is impossible, as I have said above, to know where the share price will be in the future.
My own thoughts are a lot higher than at present, but that's just my opinion.
